This could be the game that make me buy a ps5pro... Don't know if I'll be able to resist the urge and wait for pc version...
Death Stranding is owned by Kojima Studios. The first game was released on all major consoles, including Xbox. Kojima Studio is not a part of Playstation. They just have a time exclusivity partnership like with some Final Fantasy games. So you're excited for something PlayStation has to offer.
Reading this comment after the latest trailer is funny.I really love Kojima's work, but I really feel he needs to ground DS2 to reality, the first one was just too fantastic to make sense and so nothing hold much weight as compared to metal gear when things are more realistic but with a touch of fantasy
Are they? Seems like they have improved with reduced shader stutter and increasing implementation of upscalers and framegen.PC versions to games are coming out more broken than ever. Get it on the Pro.
Just because they own the IP does not mean that they own the game itself (as we've seen several times before from Sunset Overdrive to Stellar Blade). It's literally produced by Sony, and specifically, PlayStation Studios.Death Stranding is owned by Kojima Studios. The first game was released on all major consoles, including Xbox. I never explored going from point to point was enough for me. Combat was dog shit and I hated every time I was forced into it.Combat in the first one was dogshit and there was very little to explore\find in the open world so i need some receipts before believing the usual pr talks.
Combat in 1 was ass juice, hopefully this is not BS about exciting combat.
Nah it's just kojima.Decima engine just sucks at combat.
Nah it's just kojima.
Engines are tools, they don't "suck at combat".
Combat in indy is dogshit and it is the same engine of the last 2 doom.
But the dinobot combat is fabolous and make for 70% of the game.Yeah the humanoid combat in Horizon is amazeballs. Especially the 3 hit combo with your stick.

I also like how you ignored all of my examples because they don't go in the same direction of your stupid ass take, not that i was expecting any good counter-argument tbh![]()
Sounds like Avowed.
The focus of the game is ranged, malee is clearly an afterthought even if they tried to expand in the second game, you don't have shield or counters, it is as basic as it comes, and the ranged part is not clunky at all, outside of gaf bubble, horizon is considered one of the open worlds with the best combat around.Breh, I quoted your post before you edited it. Even the dino combat is sluggish but its varied at least. But after a couple of hours I just bomb the shit out of them.

Dude an engine is just tool. It has no bearing on the quality of the combat that's up to the devs.![]()
I just find it remarkable that both Horizon games and DS have ass juice combat.
You are so broken you may start identifying as a duck.Sounds like Avowed.
