Voting with your wallet is good. If you don't want to support devs for not providing physical media, then good for you man.
But that doesn't make it ok to pirate. You're just acting like a kid at that point.

U are minorty already when it comes to pc gamers, ur choice to pirate ofc but dont make urself feel better u pirate it coz its not avaiable physical, here in poland we fricken pirated nes catridges, then first playstation games, then even dreamcast, and i dont look for excuses which i could find(for example u had no PAL versions of FFT/Xenogears/Parasite Eve, and our european PAL versions of games had black bars and reduced framerate compared to ntsc versions and launched months if not years after japanese/american versions.
Still i fully admit most(likely 95%+ if not 99%+) ppl pirated those games coz they were too poor to pay/play them legally, no shame in that.
Be a man, bro, admit u cant afford them hence u pirate them, no1 will judge and hell if ppl judge who cares really?

U wanna play those games digitally, just for free. And to not feel any bad conscience doing it :)

I havent pirated a game in ages. since steam sales and the rise of f2p. The desire to pirate games has plummeted for me. Back in the day I would barely ever buy any titles and pirate like 80% of my library. The last game I pirated was probably 6 years ago? Maybe longer than that. I get people wanting to pirate something like BMW but not much out there
 
Buy a cluster of SSDs/ HDs or whatever shit you will use to store
Install windows in one of your SSD's, install steam/gog and log on your accounts.
Download your entire Steam/GOG library
Properly configure a front-end like Emustation-DE to download the cases, manual etc.
Print and label your media accordingly.
Store it in you attic and wait for it until it rots and you lose everything.

Congratulations, you now have a perfect viable and functional PC game physical collection.
