You're just whining because you can't see her boobs
we can't see them outside the bath either.
Looking at some gameplay of Infamous SS, and i think even that old ass game has better textures than what we've seen here. Not sure what's going on.
=Not sure I like the idea of a rock-paper-scissors weapon system
-Gameplay is also similar. That's not a bad thing. More weapons is a plus.
Exactly.Absolutely nothing shown here looks like a game made for current gen. This is as PS4 as it gets. How the fuck is Rift Apart, years old game, looks significantly better than this? It's as if Yotei was already made for the PS4 years ago, they shelved it as a panic button release for when it's needed, and then they just ported it to the PS5, calling it a current gen exclusive.
The very only thing that looked nice are the vistas, but that's mostly because of the aesthetic, not impressive visuals.
And that's crazy because GoT looks 90% identical, and that was made for dogshit Jag cpu's. Nobody at Sony bothers updating their engines, they release sequels to PS4 games that look the same as they did years ago.
6/10 presentation of the game.
The problem is these very safe, incremental sequels used to only take them 2-3 years -- after a 5-6 years wait you kind of hope for something that's more unique or pushes the envelope a little bit more.
It looked UW but I think they would have mentioned that if it wasIsn't that what Takashi Miike mode is + extra blood and mud etc? Certainly looks like 21:9
It looks much better to me, it's apparently 60fps as standard also. Draw distance is much better, textures are better (the ground textures are much improved), there just seems to be more of everything such as grass, particles (like snow, leaves etc). I am playing through Tsushi at the moment, this is certainly improved. Is it similar? yeh, sure, of course it is, it's a sequel to an already amazing looking game, but identical, nah.I agree, Ratchet certainly is nice looking. But i am also used to seeing big jumps of visuals in all Sony exclusives, and we ain't seeing any of it here. I just can't get over the fact that GoT was made for a 2013 system with Jaguar cpu's, and it looks almost identical to the sequel that isn't even out yet. Not my expectations from Sony 1st party studios.
You're on gaf, aint no one normal here."last gen textures LOL LMAO XD" No normal person notices that shit.
oof that geometry...I mean you've got to be pretty dense to actually take my facetious comment to heart, but the textures are a joke, I expected a large improvement over the first game, not this half step

You are correct. Copy/paste, No new geometry upgrades or 4K like textures like Decima or UE5.I mean you've got to be pretty dense to actually take my facetious comment to heart, but the textures are a joke, I expected a large improvement over the first game, not this half step

And that's unfortunate. If I can have animal companions all the time, I'll be there day one.
A bear?

Everything looked great so far.
Hoping for some sort of 'Heaven or Hell' difficulty mode with one hit kill swings on either side, to really make the experience feel tense and movie-like.
Also, I need to hear more of the music samples in Watanabe-mode. I could already feel the loss of Nujabes' impact in that small cut of music they presented, but maybe there's hope that a new artist can bring out something great.
What made Nujabes' music great wasn't just 'lo-fi' ...it was about the impact and feeling mixed in with those parts of lo-fi. It was about specific instruments used to evoke certain feelings.
It's going to be such a monumentally difficult task for this specific feature (unless they just chose random chill music and phone it in).
Like imagine going through a very difficult battle in the game and finally getting a breath of fresh air. It's nighttime. The moonlight lights your way. In the game, you'd want to hear something like this...
...and not this (one of his weaker tracks):
Or when the protagonist finally encounters a happy moment? Something like this...
In town at night? Maybe this...
Nujabes will forever be missed, and within such a short time he had a huge impact on the lo-fi scene to the point where people tried making 'sequel albums' for him but they never quite hit those same highs. Again, for anyone that truly cares, this will be a monumentally difficult task.

I really have a massive crush on @GymWolf
I really love that they've went with truly open-ended campaign akin of recent Zeldas. Fits the setting soooo much.-Looks fantastic, Not dramatically different from the first game, but an improvement.

-Like how upgrades are all done at rest stops. No more hunting down vendors and such
-Photo mode looks amazing
All looks good to me. A good preview
