Japanese towns are hardCombat still look like shit, and stealth look like automated shit (press triangle from an elevated platform and look at a cutscene, no timing required) like in the first game.
This, + no cities (we know, too hard eh ? Rise of the Ronin offered 3 cities though) + woman on a revenge (please...) is a hard pass for me.
90% of people ITT would plow that, including a vast majority of the anti-woke crowdTo be honest, I would stop in my tracks too.

Yeah I enjoyed the first but nothing here really screamed I had to play it day oneThis is the way. First game was ok but looked fantastic.
This looks to be more of that. I can wait.
I think this is and will be consensus of the final game too. (i haven't watched the stream and I will not watch it either)A bit underwhelming
The island of Hokkaido was kinda of a Japanese Frontier and Wild West back then. It's accurate and IMO fits the tone perfectly.Japanese towns are hard
You got low standards, bro.90% of people ITT would plow that, including a vast majority of the anti-woke crowd
I'll respond because you sound like early Eminem on meth. My kind of guy.Wrong. Shadows sucks. When will people realize we don't consider ubisoft schlock real. It's a fake game bro. Screw shadows and I'll be honest anyone who played it lost just a little respect from me. Like, yuck. Sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie, but I'd never know because I wouldn't eat the nasty motherfucker.
Got to love when there's 4 enemies surrounding you, but only one attacks at a time.
Source:Absolutely nothing shown here looks like a game made for current gen. This is as PS4 as it gets. How the fuck is Rift Apart, years old game, looks significantly better than this? It's as if Yotei was already made for the PS4 years ago, they shelved it as a panic button release for when it's needed, and then they just ported it to the PS5, calling it a current gen exclusive.
The very only thing that looked nice are the vistas, but that's mostly because of the aesthetic, not impressive visuals.
And that's crazy because GoT looks 90% identical, and that was made for dogshit Jag cpu's. Nobody at Sony bothers updating their engines, they release sequels to PS4 games that look the same as they did years ago.
6/10 presentation of the game.

That's not a $80 game bro, not even a ps5 game, hold your money....I hope this is not a base PS5 in performance mode because... Yikes.

I remembered the same complaints when the GoT gameplay deep dive trailer came out.Got to love when there's 4 enemies surrounding you, but only one attacks at a time.
Based on...?mix in the guaranteed worse protag
Sucker Punch was hiring for multiplayer expertise a while back, and Aniplex is producing the GOT Legends anime, so we have to wait and see.Not a bleep about LEGENDS, I kinda hoped for at least a small tease but I'm sure its coming in a big way in 2926. Other than that it was great and exactly what I want from it just expanding gameplay at all fronts. Looks like stances are out replaced by weapon switching following similar rock paper scissors concept. Nice. Wolf companion obviously in combat but that bit in standoff? So fucking cool. Streamlining management via camp is a sick QOL idea..I already bought the game so needless to say I'm there binging it from the moment it drops
I see they took some notes from other open world games. The camp fire activities reminds of Red Dead Redemption 2, but I like that it brings NPCs to your location to meet and introduce new goods to purchase. It kind of breaks of the monotony of having to visit the same location over and over to buy things, and actually supports your curiosity to explore the map. I think this time for a first playthrough, Im going for the black and white Kurosawa mode with Japanese voice overs to get that cinematic feel and really immerse myself in the story of how it was inspired.
What about it? Looks like a much less impressive RDR2 on better hardware 7 years later. This camping part is a game changer for me im pre ordering.
