Most of what you are stating are not related to human intelligence:

1. Staying with teams is natural and instinctive. This helps build a strong sense of identity, security and purpose. People who try to avoid teams can actually have a difficult time getting through life. Struggling with loneliness, anxiety and depression. I'm sure some of us are immune to that, but that is not related to intelligence.
2. Wars are actually a sign of more intelligence. Not less. Most people who lead wars actually have higher IQ than the average person. Guess which amongst other species fight wars? Chimpanzees, another relatively intelligent species. The reason wars are wrong isn't because they are nonsensical. They are wrong because they force to abandon empathy, crush the human spirit, deplete natural resources and destroys lives on both sides. The people pushing for wars are usually very intelligent pyschopaths for whom none of those issues matter.
3. "Believing in fairy tales" is also unique to humans. The reason for this is extremely complex as our intelligent minds try to grapple with why we are here and what the point of living even is. And different communities believe they have deciphered the true meaning of it all. The fact that each thinks only they got it right is not a sign of stupidity.
