Cart Narcs is the best. (come on in and enjoy the videos)

Basically, this guy sits in parking lots waiting for people to not return their carts to the cart return and calls them out on it. If they blow him off and begin to drive away, he throws a cart narc magnet on their car. Seeing people's reactions and them going insane sure is a pleasure. This guy has been doing it for years.

Here's a couple to get you started

I heard Aldi does it the European way even in the US, and requires you to put a coin into the cart. I wonder how many carts get abandoned at Aldi in the us 🤔

My car got hit yesterday because some dumb ass decided to push her cart in the parking lot. Luckily the cart had plastic bumpers and i was able to wipe off the streak it left. Everytime i go to the store there's always folks do this. I just park far away. Human trash does this. Glad someone is calling them out.

The Aldi stores here do the quarter thing too. Never seen an abandoned Aldi cart.

No stray carts at any of the Aldi's by me. People not giving away a free quarter. :messenger_grinning:

interestingly, one of the big german supermarkets, Globus, ditched the coins a few years ago. I wonder if their carts now get abandoned way more in Germany.
I'm telling you, the coins help lol

Whenever I see a shopping cart in a bush 1 spot down from the cart return, I have to wonder if that person was intentionally an a-hole. Watch the world burn type.

gotta love the "they pay people to put carts back" Yeah, jackass and between now and then if the wind blows it into someones car.....

I usually put the cart away but sometimes if my backpain is to much I wont return it. I always feel bad but the pain hurts much worse if I don't listen to my body.

I put my cart up because I am not an ass but this dude is definitely being a punk. I wonder if he chooses wisely on who he will approach and who he will let slide for fear of a good ass kicking. Or worse.

I think this guy is going to get murdered.

Getting shot is definitely a possibility, but a severe beat down is probably more likely.

He's got like 5 years under his belt doing this so far!

He's lucky. He could do it a million times but it only takes one nutjob one time to permanently alter his life course. He rolls the dice every time, is that really worth it for the YouTube lulz?

That being said, if you don't return your cart to a corral or the store that definitely makes you an asshole.

Holy shit the voicemail at the end is amazing.
He's a real person who just is a psycho, he livestreams weekly, tons of clips on YouTube, people basically just piss him off. Highly recommend the movie "Windy City heat"

It's a rabbit hole for the age, it's been going on for like 20 years

That's how I got cash for candy sometimes as a kid, when people forgot their coins in them.

There are worse things in life, just saying.

I put innocuous stuff like this in there with graffiti and litter on the ground, which follows the broken window theory.

Evidence to support that in the Cart Narc videos is the number of people who use the reason that there are already discarded carts as a reason for them doing it.

Another anecdote. We recently got a new park behind where I live. Place looked fresh, new grass, trees, plants, flowers, benches and tables. Nice place. Then someone decide to tag one of the tables with graffiti, a few days later someone else added their tag, then another. I reported it to the council and they cleaned it up. The tagging hasn't returned.
