I'm Corey Haim from Prayer of the Rollerboys. An underrated cult gem from 1990 about rollerblade gangs in a dystopian Los Angeles.
Never Stop Never Stopping!Fine, I'll talk about my Avatar...
I was a huge Stargate Atlantis fan back in 2013 when I joined GAF, so I set Jason Momoa as my avatar. Got somewhat "internet famous" around that time, so kind of came to be known by my avatar. So I've kept it around. The current iteration is an AI pic of Momoa wearing a NeoGAF shirt (that I'm usually rocking IRL) standing by some gaming posters, in Simpsons style.
Touchscreen troll.
I didn't know this existed. Just watched a YouTube video of a guy trying one out. It's the RFID scanner from a Mattel Hyperscan.

Were you one of the 30,000 that got one originally?
That's pretty fuckin cool man. I'll be excited to play it when it's readyArt from the game I'm working on next after I (finally) finish the game I'm currently working on
Same.Favorite character from my favorite childhood JRPG.
Regardless, thanks for introducing me to it. It was interesting. The video I watched made it clear it was a mid-90s tech machine in the mid-2000s with an idea similar to the one Skylanders and Amiibos would later find success with. A cool, crappy relic! No. It was mostly aimed at young children.
And the media hardware (disc drive and scanner) were very poor.
It could have been a decent machine, but their goal was to make it for a very low cost and make a profit on selling card packs.
