Yes, the aim system that rewards positioning and tactics is the best aim system. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
Positioning and tactics are still important even if you have to aim too.

It does require good aim, it just doesnt require the precision of using MnK on controllers, which is a good thing. What about rewarding good aim in a freakin competitive fps?
Arc Raiders is just too much of a love in.Playing this game solo is like playing Dark Souls for the 1st time. It's brutal, but you keep coming back. Then.....it clicks. I still prefer Arc Raiders, but this will stay in my rotation... as long as it is alive.
If you like getting you balls smashed in with a hammer you'll love it.Might pick this up today. Is it worth it GAF?
To me, yes. Have put 500+ hours into Arc since release, this feels like something new and totally different. Can play both to be honest.Might pick this up today. Is it worth it GAF?

I was on the fence about it but glad I did. It takes some time to get used to but if it clicks with you, you'll have fun.Might pick this up today. Is it worth it GAF?
Got my team and myself killed. I started some event inside of a building and suddenly a group of very aggressive bots spawned and surrounded us. Sorry guys.
Found a green V11 Punch last night and have been loving it.It's a lot of a fun.
Team V11 Punch!
I fucking hate the aim assist and how strong it is. I turn it off in any game I play and this game you can't (unless I'm missing the setting). Why is that a positive?
Wasn't bungie trolled to hell and beyond for their ridicolous aim assist?
Its about as hardcore a shooter can get for console. Its not for everyone and its very punishing. I love it, well worth £35.What's the verdict on this game for those have sunk a lot of time into it (whether in the server slam or full release - even though it just came out)? Is it worth the $40 or wait until the $20ish price point? I'm currently playing Re4R, then Requiem, but I kjnd of have a PvP itch and thinking this may fit that?

LMFAO. I read before the edit and it totally fit.Oops.
Thought I was on the Pokopia thread![]()
That sucks man. Didn't notice anything like that tonight on the Australian server. Was smooth as.Servers are not the best. I had some nasty rubberbanding. Thankfully not during combat, but they need to fix this asap
Yeah, a couple of matches today were with groups that I thought were more skilled, they weren't, lmao.Fuck me this continues to be rough for me today with randoms...
im back on invite me im mid runFuck me this continues to be rough for me today with randoms...
The shells are created by silkworms, the moths are mature silkworms, something something lore something codex probablyWhat is up with the moth?
I'll be on in about 30mins if you need a third. Did all solos yesterday and itching for some team action.im back on invite me im mid run
I played it yesterday but what is this....
- menus are overwhelming
- i have no idea what the items are
- i have no idea what item/loot is good and need to pick it up
- how do you play with others? Is there no random squad up options?
Gameplay feels much slower than BF6 for example or even AR
how do you play with others? Is there no random squad up options?
There's a million PvP games that reward thumb skill over positioning and planning. What about rewarding good aim in a freakin competitive fps?
It's all on a spectrum. You can slide the values anywhere on the line. Obviously both are still tested, to varying degrees, in every PvP shooter.Positioning and tactics are still important even if you have to aim too.
It's weird like that to me too, just a 3060Ti but no matter what I do it's the same 70-80 fps. 1440p, 1080p, no matter what. And no, I'm not using the "target framerate" toggle.on PC is there no option for frame gen/raytracing? i can enable DLSS but i'm only getting 160-210fps
also DLSS seems to be broken? going down to ultra performance from quality there is no improvement. it's definitely not my CPU or GPU holding me back lol.
lol I'm in the same ball parkOh ffs

Reasoning? Like I said with my meager time with the server slam, really love the presentation and feel of the game, I have 2 weeks until Crimson Desert drops, got my plat trophy for RE9, best to jump in when everything is still fresh and many are still learning the ropes. At $40 even if it doesn't end up clicking it's no big deal.
Also, I play fuck ton of games across so many different genres but extraction is completely foreign to me, need to figure out whether it's my thing or not for future reference.
We have 3 at the min but im on all dayI'll be on in about 30mins if you need a third. Did all solos yesterday and itching for some team action.

I love the game but Bungie fumbled this game in my eyes in a major way for me personally that pisses me off:Doing my best to ignore all the ridiculous CCU obsession talks and hopes that this and Bungie fails. I'm having a lot of fun with this, and I can't help but think content will only get better and better. Especially with Bungie being so stern about datamining and all. It's hard not to be excited about its future. I just hope it gets there okay. It's really dependent on so many variables that we have no insight on.
I think the biggest negative I have right now is the battle pass and the monetization around all that. Which of course strictly cosmetic, don't need to partake, etc. It just definitely feels like it could be better, and it probably NEEDs to be. But to be quite honest, I'm not entirely sure how easy it is to acquire silk. Is it just provided when you rank up? Or are different increments tied to objectives and ranks?
