np i mean the pictures that also display in the livetile. for example:
Damien Rice has some black and white picture,
Lisa Hannigan has none.
There is a database for, where Zune gets those pics from, but I am not sure where

Zune HD also has gapless playback...
The WP7 zune just doesn't support that feature and hasn't since launch as my HD7 will attest too sorry but it's not a zune HD replacement yet

Nice! I hope it gets implemented at some point. I actually just bought a refurbished Zune HD from Best Buy a few weeks ago (had it shipped to a buddy in the US and he is forwarding it to me, should arrive soon).
I wanted another Zune device so I could sync songs for my wife to use.
Also, I want a Titan (hope it comes to Canada some day).

You won't regret it, I held off picking my Titan up until I'd had a play with the Lumia 800, the Lumia is a bit more responsive imo and was defo a better looker for styling, but the Titan just felt more like it belonged in my pocket and felt a bit more future proof'd with the FFC (who am I kidding I'll upgrade with the 3rd gen anyway).
Though seeing as the lumia is being sold SIM free here I may pick one up and let my missus use it and my zune pass, see if i can persuade her away from her Iphone (she'll never get her hands on it but it's how I'll justify the spend

That's it, I'm trading in my Focus S for a Titan as soon as my local store gets it in. I held off as long as I could because of the amazing panel on the Focus S, the super thin and light profile, and the more manageable 4.3" size, but the camera is so awful I just can't keep it. The camera is demonstrably worse than the original Focus' camera in most conditions. It just ruined a low light photo with my dad and my son. It looked horrible, even after trying to tweak the settings.
I shouldn't have to take a bunch of shots and tweak camera settings all the time just to get a decent shot. The original Focus had one of the best cameras for its generation, and I expected so much more out of the Focus S, especially given the praise for the cameras on the sibling Galaxy SII devices. I don't get how this one could be so bad, its dumbfounding. Samsung HAD to have screwed up the software somewhere along the line.
I use my phone as my main camera, and captured a ton of great shots with the original Focus, I simply can't ignore this. Either the reviewers aren't giving the camera a good look past perfect lighted scenarios, or mine's broken. No other way around it, the camera on this phone blows chunks.

I so hope that's true. I think my 3gs has like 43gb transferred since I got it two Decembers ago so I probably get close here and there.

Looks like Samsung's always fucking up the software. Sad to hear that. But I have to admit, I'm still thinking about getting an Omnia 7, even if it's just used.
My phone has bios, I just checked with the latest Drake album. Maybe it depends on your tags and whether or not the album is actually fron/linked to Zube?

New range? If the current pattern is followed another 10 months, which was the gap between the hd7 and Titan, only manufacturer I see breaking that is Nokia.

Hey isn't that what I said before why I was so wary about getting another Samsung device. Their current Galaxy Nexus phone have volume that go down and up according to the report, now that's some shitty bug to have on a phone.
I am sure I will miss my Focus screen but SuperLCD is pretty good and ability to switch to white background without killing my battery would be a welcome change.
Tango will add LTE support early 2012 so I wouldn't be surprised if there were a couple of new devices due to that, kind of like how HTC released a couple CDMA phones last spring.
Though I guess that won't affect O2. Didn't they get the Lumia 800? (Edit: Nevermind, O2 are the difficult ones)

Although AT&T said they would match their online deal Saturday for the Titan in-store, an MS store near me opens at midnight tonight and apparently they are offering any WP7 for free with a two-year contract. I might head down there tonight.

So any word on whether the MS/Nokia relationship will allow Bing Maps to have full voice navigation in a future (Tango?) update? I had heard (but not read anything official) that it was due to Navteq licensing restrictions, but since Nokia owns Navteq ...
If it's up to Nokia it'll definitely remain as a Nokia Drive exclusive thing. Buying Navteq was a multi-billion dollar investment for Nokia and it gives them an advantage against competition.

Does the HTC Titan have noticeably more stutter in games and video than other Windows Phones? I was watching this video where they claim it stutters a little in games and it seems to do it in movies as well.

Well I wanted to get it in the store, so I don't have to wait for it to be shipped to me.
I went to another AT&T nearby and they had one phone left. They said they would match the online deal, but only during the online period, they also wouldn't hold it for me. Now here is my predicament, do I try to get it tomorrow when they open, chancing that they didn't sell the phone in the three hours between when I was there and when they close tonight, or just order the phone off AT&T's website tonight?
Does anyone know if the online deal is while supplies last? Or will the price last for the 24 hours regardless? I'm thinking about going in when they open tomorrow, if they have the phone, great, I'll get it, if not, I will order it from AT&T right when get home from the store. I don't want to get screwed entirely out of the phone for a penny though.
Thoughts/advice?

It's listed at $0.01 for me but the site is all sorts of fucked right now. When I click to upgrade my phone with the Titan, everything explodes.

Did you have the option to choose the Smartphone Personal plan like me? It's "unlimited" but it costs $30. I was coming from an iPhone 2G with $20 Unlimited + 200 textx, so I had to pay more for the upgrade.

I finally got through to check out, and it's trying to charge me $299.99 for the phone! Said it was going to give me a $299.98 instant rebate, but it never kicks in. And as I was trying to figure it out, the website starting getting screwy again.
I'm going to walk away for a half and hour and try again.
Also worth noting, it appears the free shipping you get is "2nd day" Fedex shipping, so shouldn't have to wait long for the phone if I can ever get the site to work.

Went back and did my fiancee's first to make sure I got her one. Confirmed that it went through, family plan upgrade, $18.01 because of an activation charge. Will update once I get mine.

AT&T $0.01 cent sale FTW! Going to be the proud owner of a HTC Titan (currently sporting a way too old iPhone 3G) in a few days and making the switch to Windows Phone from iOS (finally)!
So I was sitting home all evening trying to find out if the AT&T deal actually included the Titan while also trying to confirm the rumor that the Titan was backordered even from AT&T when I came across a random forum post which mentioned Microsoft stores having the phone in stock and free...
Lucky enough there's one right down the street and sure enough they had lots of Titans in stock and they were free with a new contract. Picked up a Titan for myself and a Focus S for the wife. Even got the activation fee waived by calling AT&T and complaining. Plus now I don't have to sit by the window waiting for the UPS guy.
Both phones are stunning. I'm actually a huge fan of the Focus S's plastic design. It's so feather light and feels extra sturdy. Make the Titan feel a bit heavy in comparison...
Otherwise, the Titan is glorious. The screen is seriously stunning in every regard. The Focus S's screen is noticably more saturated and brighter but I like the tones of the Titan better. If you compare the lime theme on both phones you'll notice how crazy saturdated the Focus is. My wife loves it but I much prefered the Titan.
I had 2 people ask me what phone I was using while standing in line at the food court in the mall having owned the phone for all of 20 minutes.
Now I just have to figure out how to use it. The guy in the MS store who helped us was a wiz with the phone and spent a good 20 minutes showing us everything...only he went really fast and we missed or forgot most of it. If only AT&T reps were as good as he was. He would have sold me on the spot if I wasn't sold before I came into the store. Too bad most AT&T reps weren't more like him. My wife's little sister works at the AT&T store and she tried to convince me not to buy a Windows phone because they suck in general. Every single person she knows has hated the phone (she lies a lot), and it's by far the most returned phone OS for AT&T. She's never used the phone. She went on and on how it's terrible for social networking when I've found that it's by far the best.
