Well, I am moderately hopeful for next year. We have a young defense, especially in the secondary, that should be excellent next year.
We will have a legit qb battle. We will have a year of exclusively Muschamp's recruits, and two years under Cheeseburger's system. I think we can compete for the east, if nothing else.

Oklahoma would like to point out that Pac-12 refs are worse.
Same question applies to Tennessee a few years back.
Didn't even suffer probation and still slid into mediocrity.

You have shit coaches and you lost an all-world college player. It may be some time before the Gators are relevant again.
Meyer's recruiting was actually pretty bad in 2008 and 2009. Didn't really fill needs. We have 20 players less than the scholarship limit. A lot of coaching transition after 2009, and Meyer quitting and coming back didn't help.
