Another goal!!! By who though?

Hopefully Couture but I think it's Marleaus.

E: Yup, it's Marleau's! Wish it was Juicy's though, hat trick!

Pierre McGuire (yeah, I know) said that based on what he's hearing from players and about the intensity of Letang and Crosby's workouts, that Letang should be back before the new year and Crosby not long after. We shall see.

CANUCKS

What is this

[edit] Canucks' only 3 losses in the last 15 games have come against Carolina, Columbus and Nashville. Funny that

2 game losing streak coming up, I also wonder how we will get screwed over in Calgary by a goal that should not have counted call. Offsides last game, push goalie in today, I'm gonna say kicked in for next game.

You lost by 2 goals so the controversial one didn't really matter.

Power plays were also 4-0 Detroit, 3-0 if you'd like to discount the over-the-glass penalty.

So damn creative at times. And more evidence that Daniel > Henrik

Wings fans have a monopoly on persecution. Don't even try.

We could add the bullshit non-call against Kronwall. It should have been charging, a penalty that the NHL said they'd enforce more aggressively this season. Instead Kesler gets the lone penalty for retaliating. Edler's goal was total catharsis for me.

Cunneyworth saw positives after a 5-1 loss?

"Let's just keep 'er on course, boys. This ship's headed in the right direction."

And congrats to Philly fans for getting Giroux back and him having such a huge game.

I was out before the end of the second last night. Holidays are draining me badly this week. Saw the highlights and I am surprised the Avs third goal was called as such. Whatever though, The Blues need to pick up two in Phoenix on Friday and get back to playing their game. Next week is going to be a very important week.

13 goals against in 3 games, they've abandoned any sense of D

Shame on you Alu forgetting this:

dude is doing a fine job, dat top 5 draft pick! watch habs pick someone who is a bust in nhl :(

What's gone wrong with the team man? Serious question you seem pretty grounded when assessing the Habs.

markov is injured

we lost wiz (great in pp) and hammer to free agency

ur highest paid player (gomez) hasn't scored a goal or had a good game in ages

pk is not having a great season, cammy can't find the net

basically, habs can only win if price shuts the door

cammy-gionta-gomez era reached its peak when habs made it to ecf with halak in net saving everything

habs have regressed every year from that playoff run

time to build around price, pk, max pac and get rid of cammy, gionta and gomez (especially this guy, takes up way too much cap space and doesn't do shit)

Where is Solo to weigh in with his views from last night? I'm guessing he's been breaking down game film for the last 12 hours looking for any "uptick" that can restore his faith in the Habs. That's akin to finding a non-virgin at one of those comic convention gatherings he frequents.

Good luck my friend. ------> :(

The Leafs were never really in on Kyle Turris. Word is, Coyotes wanted Nazem Kadri as part of return. Toronto has high hopes for Kadri.

Interesting, guess that kind of disproves a lot of people saying Burke and Co dislike Kadri.

Rundblad and a second is a pretty damn good return actually. I think Ottawa gave up too much, especially for someone with an annoying sense of entitlement like Turris.

Edler's goal.

Obviously a good goal when you take a closer look. Zetterberg pushes Hansen as he's trying to cut across with speed so he loses his footing.

Still seems iffy as it looks like he just loses his balance as there wasn't too much of a shove, though I do love the shove by Hansen on Lidstrom after the play there, don't know what that was about, maybe he didn't realize that Lidstrom wasn't the one who was behind him on the play, still dumb move by him.

Rundblad is a giveaway machine right now and there's legit questions how effective he'll be as an NHLer. The kind of moves he could pull in Sweden don't really work on an NHL rink. Besides we have Karlsson, which kind of makes him redundant.

We need a player like Turris more, who was pretty good in his 1st game. He wanted out of Phoenix, can't really blame him.

Of course time will tell who wins this trade.
