Just kick the FG!
My ass they did. I got laughed out of the thread
Both Johnsons are better than him.Fitz is the best player in the NFL. If he had a good QB, and other weapons around him, he would be unstoppable.
Nobody deserves having Matthew Lillard throw to you.Yes he does. He took the money.
So does Denver's conference title get an asterisk? I keep hearing all these writers say how this or that deserves an asterisk.
I remember it this way as well.
As the starting QB he's 7-4 and very well liked in Denver. It will be tough to get rid of him. We don't have a lot invested in him contract wise, so I don't think it's crazy to give him an offseason to prepare properly and give it another shot. Not everyone is Brady right off the bat.

I think that was because all of his posts were troll attempts.I remember it this way as well.
I hate working sundays..missed a hella of a game between Detroit and Green Bay...and a few recording setting days for certain individuals..And Houston dropping the ball AGAIN..seriously a 2 pt conversion..should have just fucking kicked the goddamn extra point you piece of shit Gary Kubiak.
The whole sense of inevitability people apply to one game playoffs year in and year out completely boggles my mind. The Broncos do not have a 0% chance of winning the game next week, they have a higher chance of winning the game than whatever number you're thinking of.
Honestly every year there is some team that "doesn't belong in the playoffs" and inevitability wins a game or even two sometimes. On paper the Broncos "don't have a chance" (give me a god damn break) but the games aren't played on paper.
Money won't buy Matt "Franchise" Flynn. Draft picks please.
I don't care about his record. Just by watching him this season it's painfully clear that he isn't a NFL caliber quarterback and never will be. He has the physical attributes to remain in the league, but at the starting position?
With just one game left to play in this year's regular schedule, most of the top picks at the 2012 draft have been set. Indianapolis will pick first, followed by (2) St. Louis, (3) Minnesota, (4) Cleveland, (5) Tampa Bay, (6) Washington, and (7) Jacksonville. Carolina and Miami will flip for the 8th and 9th picks, while Buffalo will pick 10th and Kansas City and Seattle will flip for the 11th and 12th picks. We will the full selection order after tonight's finale between Dallas and the Giants

I've been reading around, a lot of people saying GB can't afford to tag him. Then again a fair few are also saying they can.
*shrug*
my (lions) friend on facebook is complaining about bad calls in the lions/packers game. sour grapes or were the packers beneficiaries of some questionable calls?
lol the packers aren't going to tag flynn, are you kidding me? the QB franchise tag will cost like $15 mil. that makes no sense.
Romo holding on FGs.
Any pressure Giants will try to hit Romo.
Osi usually goes for the stripsack and chops at the QB's hand.
Tony Romo might get inducted into The Hall of Pain tonight.

You could put Tebow on the Packers and he could put up huge numbers.

Why is that infuriating? That's how it should be.
With that rushing game?
Larry had the greatest postseason run as a receiver in NFL history. He, as they say, put the team on his back.
Megatron and Andre are amazing, prototypical receivers, but Larry will always have that over them in my eyes.
If Denver and SF can attempt to make Smith and Tebow franchise QBs, tagging Flynn makes a whole lot of sense.
With those receivers.

SF would make sense.
Denver would be stupid to.
Green Bay would be stupid to, unless they could convince another team that they were going to do this and then deal him.
Why risk further injury to players and play in OT when we had a TE playing as a linebacker and nothing at stake. Yes a win would have been nice, but we almost beat that shitty Tits team with mostly 3rd stringers.
I dont fault Kubiak for going for it today, it's not something you would normally do unless a rare situation called for it.
With those receivers.
Frankly, he's undervalued.Bargain for whoever trades for him.
Gilbride fucking with Giants fans!Patricia_Traina Patricia Traina
BTW, interestig that the Giants have all four of their RBs plus their FB active for tonight.
Yes.Can't remember how this goes.
It's the Steelers @ the Tebows and Bengals @ Texans, right?
Frankly, he's undervalued.
If Ted Thompson isn't offered 1st round picks from 2012-2015 and whatever voodoo Les Miles has on his side, they should keep him.
