the next LA gaf meet-up should be at your truck.
That would be awesome :3
I could post the truck up outside blipsy's barcade in KTown for a night of hot dogs, high fives, and drunken galaga high score battles

Water when you're honestly thirsty (like after a good workout) is the best thing ever. It's actually one reason I love to workout. Having water after is so good!
Ever woken up at night, thinking it was the morning and you were late for class/work? I once was rushing to get ready in five minutes and got downstairs to find the rest of my family enjoying dinner.
Ideally, you want to sleep for 30 minutes max.
Any more than that and you fall in to deep REM sleep. That's usually the cause of the "Oh god why did I do this" feeling when you wake up.
I believe many people (here and anywhere) have a different idea of what "good weather" is.
Most importantly, for me, weather changes. I like Fall best, but Winter, Summer and Spring have their charms, and extremely consistent places like San Diego are terrible for this. While the benefits of warm weather are apparent just from this thread, cold weather tends to envigorate me, and air assumes a particularly pure and clean feel on sharp winter mornings.
I love snow. I love the rain. I also love sunny days. I would not want to have only one of any of these.
Keep in mind that I'm not saying people are wrong for disagreeing; I'm simply expressing my preferences.

I've tried, but it takes me so long to fall asleep that when I finally get into the 'nap' stage it never ends, and I just want to sleep forever. Alarms will wake me up from my reverie, but it's excruciating, and I convince myself that just an hour more won't hurt. This goes on for about 8 hours. :/
At least for me, the term "good weather" is entirely dependent on what you may have planned for the day. I certainly don't mind sunny days, but nothing beats staying indoors during a rainy day as well. Each variation of weather has its perks.
Of course I have no idea what snow is because I live in CA. Is it a myth?
I miss being in a place that has a real winter.
Man, what an awesome idea! Would have been even better if they still had the MvC2 arcade machine, but no. :<
Whether or not there is real winter here changes from year to year :< Last year we had... well, snow at least regularly. This year it has been between 45 and 55 the whole time with occasional rains. As much as I prefer milder weather, I like seasons being the seasons they are supposed to be.
H.Protagonist would probably spam Cable/Storm/Sentinel.
Someone avatar this picture for me. I want to change my profile pic.

and yes I was drunk.
No excuse. Tahoe gets a ton of snow
The dimensions were such that I couldn't save most of your neck, or your beanie.

You'd be quite happy in Seattle.I believe many people (here and anywhere) have a different idea of what "good weather" is.

Where do you live?
OregonFor the most part, I love our seasons. This winter could be more winter though.
Tomorrow is tie or suspenders day?
I have neither. I will figure something out.
Near Portland or further south/east? Cant say I envy the ice*, though parts of WA are just as bad.
*cue video of portland drivers going up hills![]()
I couldn't find any of my ties so I'll use an old wedding pic![]()
Oh, that's an idea, ooooooold pictures.
I can not recall when I last wore a tie. May have been in the 90s.
I'm nearer Eugene but kind of up in the mountains a bit, so we get snow more regularly than down in the valley. Not this year though :<

I have a couple of tie pictures. Only suspenders one I have is in a way-too-big Halloween costume, though.
As much as i love going to the beach i really hate summer. Riding my bike to college on a hot day sucks so much. I rather keep the cold winter days.I hate winter. It does horrible things to my mood, and I can't stand the cold. And while snow is pretty for an hour or two, it gets grey and ugly pretty quickly.
I can't wait for spring when everything is green and temperate and all the flowers are in bloom. It's definitely my favorite season.
Nice area, my wife and love the scenery in the middleish part of OR. Best part of Eugene though is getting to see people hitchhiking down the interstate barefoot![]()
I haven't been married THAT long![]()
