Seeing Ron Paul right now makes me think of this:
South Carolina doesn't seem to like Paul talking about ending wars.
This is the part that worries me most. If Republicans control the house, senate, and presidency Romney won't go against his own party in congress. Even if they just keep the house and Romney wins the presidency I think he'd buck to pressure from the right on all major issues even if he is a moderate at heart. No, he's not. He doesn't have an ideology. He'll do whatever he thinks will get him more power. In Massachusetts that was being a moderate. In this primary, it's being a lunatic right winger. In the general it will be probably a mix of those. When he's president, he'll sign whatever the Republican legislature gives him.
It's nice to hear Ron Paul fired up. He and his campaign have to realize that they have no shot at the nomination. There's about a 20-25% chunk of the GOP electorate that agrees with his message, but the remaining 75-80% is with Romney, Santorum, Newt, etc. and he will never get them converted to his cause if he hasn't already.
Ron Paul and his supporters are scaring 80% of the population
Ron Paul spouting his meaningless pap about liberty again.
It depends on how you interpret the Bible. I'd say it does to a large degree. But modern the GOP with its two big camps of bare-knuckles capitalists and hardcore Christians has created a new prosperity theology that has married atheist Ayn Rand objectivist ideology with Christianity somehow.

This probably contributed to me abandoning religion but it was mostly science.
screw liberty and freedom, thats not what america is about
and the current administration (and the previous administration) have been scaring the shit out of me since the PATRIOT Act.
Certainly not Ron Paul's America.
Was watching Monday's Daily Show. Did Romney actually brag about the fact that Kennedy had to take out a mortgage in the senate race to beat him? lol. What a terribly insane thing to say.
Video
Also, the part where Stewart shows the hypocrisy of the other Republican candidates for the way they're going after Romney was pretty good.
Don't worry, with the NDA they will eventually repeal the Patriot Act because they don't need it and then act like they are doing us a favor.

Personally I'm waiting eagerly for GAF's reaction when Obama "reluctantly" signs SOPA/PIPA into law.

I'd offer a reaction, but I'm on a strict byte count in my federal, undisclosed jail cell. Can't post anything mor
This is an ANTI Romney website. Thankfully, Romney supporters get banned pretty quickly around here. In case you haven't read the owner's words:
Welcome to Free Republic, America's exclusive site for God, Family, Country, Life & Liberty conservatives!
ObamaCare = RomneyCare = CommieCare. NO Romney! NO WAY!!
We are going to bury Mitt for good down here in SCwe can't abide a slick Yankee liar and his lying RINO establishment Yankee backers round these parts.
Santorum is from up North too but he loves Jesus and was never for abortion, homosex or taking away our gunsso he is alright.
If Newt sacrifices himself to knock out Romney, Gov. Palin could then step into the breach.
I would think Ron Paul would resonate more if we still had a draft. Would be interesting to see.
Almost time for Huntsman's deep nose breathing.
Certainly they will rationalize it for their love of him.
If the constitution and free markets and liberty and all that were so great and such an awesome foundation for America then why did the founding fathers and the country have slaves? Why did it take so long until women were allowed to vote? Some great liberty for everyone that was...

"quick and to the pointless"
Are the final results in yet?
More of the short sighted (and frankly ignorant) view that "Well if it doesn't affect ME..."

Lol.
Pretty sound principles (of course he hasn't really been scrutinized, but whatever) but comes off like a weasel.
It's more a comment on your constant use of hyperbole, obviously this has deeply affe

Isn't it nice to support a fringe crank with no shot in hell at being elected? It means you'll never be disappointed!
If Huntsman leaves I'm voting for Obama, hope for 4 mediocre years, then Huntsman 2016.
I think he has a pretty good shot 2016
So you're admitting you'd rather see the country suffer than chance another Democratic president?
A lot of these comments make me laugh and think about 4 years ago when everyone said that would be Ron Paul's peak because of his age/craziness/some other reason.
Changing the subject rather than defend Obama if and when he signs SOPA into law? Yeah, that sounds about right.
Same here, I'm damned proud that people are starting to embrace tenants of the Libertarian ideology.
