I've been at work for three fucking hours, and if one more person who doesn't know shit about football comes in here to tell me "I'm sorry", I'm going to throw my phone at them.

Isn't this level of violence viewed as a weakness in prison? You're really falling off Larry.

I know exactly what you mean, I hate that shit. Suddenly everyone wants to talk sports when they normally don't give a shit.

Similarly I hate logging into FB to see tons and tons of girls posting about GO GIANTS! or GO PATS!

I know them. They never watched a game in their life. They all of a sudden care, watch, or are fans of these teams? FUCK OUTTA HERE!

A headline from thevikingage.com that reads like the title of an onion piece.

Brad Childress Is a Candidate For Colts Head Coach, For Some Reason

He did. He ain't even mad tho.

Kind of interesting how I wasn't a "true fan" because I didnt completely fall to pieces after the Saints loss, yet FMT is taking his loss the same way. The simple fact is people take losses in different ways. Some punch their computers, some walk around in the snow and pass out drunk, and some just go back to work and wait for next year. But nah, fuck it, we must not be true fans.

Anyway, I have no reason to hate the giants, and the Pats suck, so GO GIANTS. Eli gets his second ring and the most epic of Peyton Manning faces occurs.

It's a culture thing, you wouldn't understand.

When did Justin Smith develop such a motor? I recall watching him with the Bengals, and he never showed the same tenacity consistently, guy is a robot now.

K.Phillips has played really well over the last few weeks, yeah he got burned big time yesterday, but the safety really didnt help out. Seems like he's always a split second late to making bigger plays ie interceptions, but he's still played some really good football.

Courtney Upshaw measurements from the Senior Bowl, 273lb, 6014, 31.5 arms, 8 5/8 hands, 75.25 wingspan. Small hands and arms, guy is probably a 3-4 ILB at the next level. Needs to keep weight off too as he ages.

As a neutral observer I do agree that the 49ers lost that game. Now I'm not saying that they were the better team and choked it away. SF never made the plays to win it. But neither did the Giants. It was two even teams, and SF made the mistakes that cost them the win.
I would agree with that assessment. I remain impressed with the Niners defense. They took it to the Giants and specifically Eli. I mean Eli was just getting decimated in the second half and I don't know how he kept going at it the way he did....

I feel bad for some Ravens fans and I don't actually hate the team. But to my smug ass family members and friends that take every chance to mock my team (Redskins lol) I have no sympathy. To my coworker sitting across from me that lost his bet and now has to wear a Hines Ward jersey, I have no sympathy.

Peyton's too close to his brother to be upset, I'd think. He didnt feel too good each time he won the manning bowl iirc

Colts should take Tressel over Childress. What a disaster that would be.

Then again, if they want Peyton to be the coach, Childress might be a good figurehead while Manning plays puppet behind the scenes.

Best choice. Pass Pass Pass Punt. Even when it is 3rd and 1.

I gained some mad respect for Eli from that game. It took a lot of throws, but he earned every yard he got.

Fucking Devin Thomas. One of, if not the, WORST draft picks of the Vinny Cerrato era ends up making two key plays to send the Giants to the SuperBowl.

fuck this shit

Thankfully I have the ability to work from home, which I chose today.

Now if you'll excuse me, back to my ice cold, fully clothed shower.

Are people living in a fantasy world? The Giants defense is not fantastic. Still better than the product we have for the defensive backs, but the front lines are very comparable.

This is not 2007. This is a very balanced matchup.

Can't wait.

Damn youtube is blocked at work, I want to see Suggs calling out Bayless.

BTW congrats GiantsGAF, plz beat the crap out of them Pats.

Smith was an absolute beast from like 04-06. He was garbage his last year in Cincinnati but I think that was due to contract talks an a bicep "injury." Mike Brown-itis.
