What a man! What a hero! <3 <3 <3

Last Man Standing is about the only good comedy on network TV since Seinfeld.

The Loop was awesome, but it got cancelled. Everything else sucks.

If you were a Lions fan you'd be me (although I do love Parks and Recreation).

I'm sure there are a few shows like Better Off Ted and The Loop which had like a season then went off the air that I liked. Better Off Ted was fuck-awesome.

Ted had 2 glorious seasons. And by seasons, I mean sex.

And Jersey Shore has like, 14 seasons or some shit.

Jersey Shore clips are probably my favorite part of the new Beavis and Butthead episodes.

what was that Tim Allen/Kirstie Alley amish movie? Impressive that he made comeback after that.

You don't mean that, I know you don't. What about Flight of the Conchords? You love that, right?

I like their songs better than the show, but again...not network

I watch reruns of Home Improvement.

I admit--I'm a Tim Allen fan. He's hilarious.

Fuck yeah, Home Improvement AND Tim Allen are awesome. No need to feel shame. Who Is Cletis Tout is the most under-appreciated movie in the history of earth.

It's on FX where I live, not network TV and I preferred the first two seasons to whatever it became. I didn't even bother watching it this season. Loved it at first though!

I only watched up to season 5 before I got rid of cable and truthfully it did start to fall off towards the end of the season. First 4 season were great though.

so can we now say that Parcells' coaching tree has been overall more impressive than Walsh's?

Does Vince Fangio (DC of the 49ers) have anyone interviewing him for a HC position? He's been around for a while, seems he would be a good HC for the Bucs with a good OC to help him.

He did a good job this year. I was really shocked. But he has also gotten two head coaches fired. I had forgotten that Jim Mora was told by Polian to fire Fangio, refused, and then was fired. And both McNair and Casserly begged Capers to fire Fangio, who refused, and was fired a year later.

The lesson is that it's amazing how smart a guy is when he has great talent to coach. In related news, enjoy Steve Spagnuolo, Saints fans

Um Tim Allen made the Santa Clause. And the Santa Clause 2. He's not funny at all. Plus eznark likes him so another count against him!

We can say that one of his assistants has proven more successful than he has!

Peyton should sign as a FA in San Fran and back up Smith. At his age and experience he'd be great on the scout squad.

Peyton with no neck is better than Alex Smith.

And I own it on VHS.

The only thing I own on VHS is the first three Transformer episodes.

Getting four different teams to the playoffs is pretty badass though.

True. I was only kidding around really. Belichick did get the Browns to the playoffs, which is impressive in and of itself.

The Santa Clause is a great Christmas movie. 2 is tolerable and 3 was complete garbage.

Home Improvement was fantastic and Last Man Standing is actually funny.

People dont like this matchup, wow you guys are nuts. Should be a shootout, should have incredible QB play. Its got the rematch factor. It will be epic. Go G-men.

Man I still can't believe how lucky the Pats got this season. They didn't have to face a real QB until the super bowl. I'm just hoping for a close game because I think the Pats will lose by 3 TDs. I have zero faith in the corners/safeties, and I don't see Wilfork having another dominant game like that. The troubling part about the Pats is Brady. The oline was pretty solid in yesterdays game, but he was just awful from the start. Missing easy throws, and making some retarded decisions.

Is this actually a Super Bowl thread? Or am I lost....?

EDIT: Oh wait... Maybe I am in the right place....

I agree and that is coming from a lifelong Pats fan in NH... They played the Giants pretty tight in the first meeting, but if you watched Brady yesterday, you could definately tell he was hurting. Just watch his throws sail on him at times with no zip on them. Also, with Gronk hurt, and a tough D-Line to go against, it could be a pretty unentertaining game....

The Raven's put 7-8 into coverage most of the game yesterday to totally take out most of the pats deep passes and althought the Giants DBs are not nearly as good as Bal. Brady needs enough time to get the ball out there and accurately.

Get used to it dude. Conference championship week we talked about movies, video games, BaltimoreLarry's wife, baseball, TV shows etc. we got 2 weeks for one game so buckle up.

It helps that this is generally a safe haven with none of the crazy bans that fly around the rest of GAF.

He is definitely a salty motherfucker.
He totally looks like a douchebag though. Sean Payton just looks like Frankie muniz, although that has its own aura of douchebaggery I'm sure.

animeGAF is pretty safe too, as long as nothing objectionable to the google overlord is posted.

Payton was a scab for Harbaugh's team (I'm sure that's where all the venom between them comes from), still surprised he wasn't blacklisted.

what did he do after the game?

Barely acknowledged Coughlin, reporters described it as "Throwing his hand aside" and ran off like a baby. He refused to talk to FOX reporters on his way off the field.

Sports GAF really got much better after that Wellington jerk got de-modded for that molestation incident.

What do you mean by blacklisted?

like not getting a chance to work in the NFL. I don't know that scab's were blacklisted (and why would management blacklist people that crossed to work for them of course), but you don't hear much about them working in the NFL now. Even in that season, most teams didn't bother keeping any scabs after the strike ended for fear of them not being accepted by the union players.

Offensive powerhouses facing off... going to be a great game. As a pats fan I was really hoping for the 49ers since I think they'd be an easy win but at least it's not GB.
