is there any way to disable double tap self item cast?
Yeah, he's like Karthus from LoL (well, vice-versa, I guess) in that regard. As a noob, I've found him fun and relatively stress-free to play. I can fuck up plenty with him and still help.Oh yeah, I'm not saying he is OP or anything, just hilarious to see people who are new to the game freaking out because I am getting kills from across the map. I've only played a handful of matches so the skill level is beginner.
I think the "dota_ability_quick_cast" autoexec.cfg setting might include that.

Spectate games from time to time, learn to spot the good players, mimic what they're doing in your games.Unfortunately, I am just not very good at this game. Any tips?
Hey hyuna, please don't call your friends every time we want to sit, it's no fun.

Will you play these guys at maximum capacity? NO! Is that okay? YES!
If you are EXTREMELY new, I encourage you to either play with easy bots, play with other new gaffers in matchmaking, or try to get an inhouse going consisting of only new players.
^ Just hang out in the Neogaf in-game chat, and ask if other noobs wanna go matchmaking. Don't bother with in-houses or anything like that. Just get some games in, it's the only way to get better.
Also - how do I chat all? :lol
I'm loving DOTA 2, but man do I have a hard time running any hero that's mana intensive, any tips for that? Death Prophet is by far my favorite hero, but I always end up getting ganked when I run out of mana before I can do any real damage.
Anyone here willing to help teach a MOBA noob how to play? I'd like to play against bots on easy and play alongside some people who can give me tips. I'm basically completely clueless. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Steam ID is RyanGCH. Send me a friend request, post here, or send me a PM. Would like to play very soon.

WARLOCK! (worst hero in the game though)
The last nerf to bloodstone was like 2 years ago, it has received nothing but buff since.
Sir I do not agree with you, first of all Warlock is not that beginner friendly, beginners have a hard time understanding how to harass with hes 1st spell and use it in teamfights. Also you need to have some better micro management for his ulti. Some beginners just use the ultimate for the stun and just leave the golem alone autoattacking random shit.
However he is far from "worst hero in the game", he is one of the best teamfight support initiators with the ultimate and can do the most damage of all support heroes with his first ability.
Hes ability to also push down towers and tank the towers with the golem makes him even better.
Please name a hero worse than Warlock.
Easy... Axe!
and if he can farm enough he becomes ridiculous (four golems).
Wait how?
Aganim + orb? I thought you could only summon 2 at a time.
Problem is he has to farm, but has no farming abilities, he can't jungle, and there are better people to put mid. There are better initiators, such as Enigma / Tidehunter, his slow requires him to stand still and channel, it also does no damage, Fatal Bonds is pretty good though, but not worth it to put him on your team.In all seriousness, can someone explain to me why exactly Warlock is considered so terrible? I can see why with Axe, but Warlock doesn't seem so obvious. He has a great tower pushing tool, and if he can farm enough he becomes ridiculous (four golems).
Jakiro pretty close to Warlock tierPlease name a hero worse than Warlock.
