It was nice not to have any desire for either team to win. I could yell at both teams for being stupid.
Even though outside of the Packers offense (and I am pretty sure 11 men does not make a team) there were not really any good teams this year I am still happy that Eli won it this year. He was really the best qb IMHO this season. At times he was getting it done seemingly almost singlehandedly. I was a little surprised that a 4 seed won it all. This bucks the trend of the unstoppable 5 and 6 seeds but it does continue the trend that the winner will be chosen on wildcard weekend!
I won't be surprised if the Giants don't even make the playoffs next year but I am pretty sure Giant fans will be alright with that after getting another ring.

Id rather give Brady 20 seconds, 0 timeouts for a FG than 58 seconds 1 timeout for a TD.

I loved reading that, actually. It humanized Brady a bit, sure...but knowing that he was loathing himself and feeling terrible made me happy.

Thought the same thing as it happened (regular season Green Bay flashbacks).
