I haven't seen a single ad for the Vita except for one poster at Gamestop. How does Sony expect people to buy it if they don't know it exists?

I love the design of this thing, the hardware is impressive and I actually think the price is very good for the specs, so I was tempted to get it. But every time I look at the software lineup I don't see one must-have game and I know that it will just start collecting dust once novelty has worn off.

Look again. Look at Gravity Rush. See the creativity and options to explore an open world.

Because the Vita is overflowing with FPS titles? Given that the Vita has dual analogue sticks I'm actually surprised they're not pushing harder for FPS games.

That said, and as a pretty big Resistance fan myself, I think Burning Skies looks incredibly dull. Will be picking up Retribution before I pick up that (had been meaning to anyway), although hopefully the game turns out OK.

Same here to be honest. I have Dungeon Hunter on order (Amazon UK pricing error edition) and I'm looking forward to Ruin - D3 on the Vita would be amazing, but not going to happen.
