Yeah, it's much easier to develop a potentially proper sequel to a game for the first time in the franchise's history, rather than add a battle frontier and a few other elements to an existing game and call it a day.
This is a much better option than the traditional "Grey", and they were never going to update the graphics for the 3DS for the 3rd version, anyway.
Jeez, I can't stand the self-righteous, fan-wank entitlement going on.
Pokemon has never pushed the graphics of the system it's on. While I expect a reasonably big bump from BW2 to Gen 6, it likely won't be anywhere near the level of RE:E or KH3D.
And I can't stand your apologetic attitude, that makes no sense unless you own Nintendo stock.
Pokemon has been relatively the same since Red and Blue. I don't see why I should be happy about it. Like I said earlier, going by this reasoning, Mario and Dragon Quest should have stayed 2D indefinitely.
It's entirely reasonable to demand effort and ingenuity when you pay good money for entertainment. And before you ask, no, I am not planning on buying these games, and I am going to buy a 3DS for Pokemon when it eventually hits.
