Yea. Those look like total shit. I may be skeptical of 343 but goddamn I have no doubt they can make better interfaces and menus then that.
The reason why they are likely fake is that it uses material related to halo 4 that everyone has already seen.
The background with the halo 4 logo is from the wake up John poster
and the ring logo has never been used in halo 2 or 3 inside the game as far as I know, only for promotional/advertising purposes

It wouldn't. That's one of the things that gives it away as a fake.
Also just for the hell of it: 343 industries logo isn't correctly scaled vertically

So, more confirmation of Halo 4 at the spring showcase, both MP and SP! From the community thread-

Well considering 2 gaffers have played it......yeah I think its safe to say we will see gameplay footage, maybe not a lot but we will see something.
i just think they might save the sp stuff for e3. some people at the event played it, but that doesnt mean we will get to see the stuff they saw.
Again I dont think we will see all of what they saw but I think its a safe bet to say we will see gameplay, SP or MP though most likely MP footage.
