I would think that Tannehil is benefitting from what I'll call the Dalton Factor. I mean, in hindsight would Andy Dalton have fallen to the 2nd round? There are teams kicking themselves. So you see Tannehill, a guy who might normally be a 2nd round guy, getting a lot of air time because maybe, just maybe, he's another Andy Dalton.

I signed up for GAF for the sports section. I don't venture into the gaming side, since the only game I still really play is FIFA and that's only with friends.
I'm 19 and games are already starting to bore me, I only still buy them more out of habit than anything else. The amount of unfinished games I own is so stupid.
Now I just waste my time on the Internet, working and the occasional female. In that order. When I'm starting with school in September my Xbox will probably die of collecting dust.

I'm conflicted at this point because he gave us an unforgettable season of Broncos football. It was a bipolar thriller and I completely believe in his ability to grow and possibly become good/great at some point. Even with that being said I want to win it all and Manning offers a good chance to be contenders and fast. If he leaves I'll still watch him, no second team shenanigans, but I'll root for him to succeed. Broncos first.
Packer fans are loud, arrogant and annoying. That is a pretty damned good sports fanbase.
What you don't want to be is boring.
It was only hard to handle Packer-nation when they were on that crazy streak. Not everyone has the class of Steelers fans, and even we havw haRson (and diablos 3 minutes after we win the Superbowl).

NBA GAF is great once you get into it. They're pretty hard on new guys, but as long as you don't pull a jdez and lose your everlasting mind when people tease you, you'll be fine.

I'd be fine with a move to community if it meant changing absolutely nothing. This is the first and often only place I check when I come to GAF. Occasionally I'll skim through topics on both Gaming and OT to just get kind of a feel for "news that may interest your demographic".
I mean, I knew about Osama Bin Laden's death and told my entire family before the news even mentioned it because of GAF!
Still, I'm not sure what he meant by "too insular". I'm fine with new posters as long as they aren't two teamers. I ALWAYS like a poster that stays and takes their licks when their team chokes. So I guess that means I think Slo is okay....
