Kaiden? Might as well romance the cabin wall, would be just as interesting

This man is wrong!

You did his loyalty mission and visited him at Huerta early on in the game, right? I thought that was all you needed to trigger his death scene.

Um, I guess it works just like ME2. I stayed on the Primarch'son mission since they were priority, next thing I know he's not in the hospital and his name is on the Memorial.

Think I have reached acceptance of that terrible ending, or more precisely I have substituted the shitty ending for the multiple better ones on the internet and now am able to play through ME3 again but ignoring the last few minutes.

It is just sad that Bioware could have finished this Shepard Trilogy fantastically and ended up with what I can only assume was a terribly rushed ending, ignoring that last 5 minutes and you have one of the best series that has come out of this generation.

Glad to see the whole "sexism but not really because I'm tellin' it like it is" has finally reared its ugly head in this thread. Please gain some perspective, you under-socialized neckbeards.

Courtesy of the BSN, Tali's father finally revealed:

Bah I leave for a couple hours and come home to find this thread like 9 pages longer.

Anything interesting happen or are we back to the "who's the best fuck?" on the Mass Effect 3 wheel?

What the fuck is it with you, dude? What gives you the idea he's our ambassador?

"Finally reared its ugly head", my ass.

Guess what, we are bad people, man. Only bad and stupid people don't like the ending...! Is that it?

The more I reflect on the game, I feel as if there were two distinct writing teams. The people who did the beginning, terrible ending and Joker/EDI stuff. They all seemed to have the same "flavor" if that makes any sense.

The rest of the game that I recall, was pretty well written. Well, the rachni part was rehashed and pretty sorry too, but other than that...

Mordin/Thane/Legion deaths were well done. Mordin and Thane were genuinely emotion-evoking. Legion...not so much, because he didn't really "die."

The team really went out of their way to ensure you never got to play with ME2 characters. Sort of an odd decision.

That ending though....inexcusable. People devoted way too much time to this series for it to go out like this. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves for throwing that out there. It's embarrassing.

If you gave the Asari advice to romance Charr, their story is just as heart crushing as Thane/Mordin/Legion.

You are a piece of work going by your posts in this thread man. Looking forward to reading more of you!

Not.

Yeah. Her, the teenager and the PTSD soldier were great bits.

That Prime you talk to and the conversation you have with EDI afterwards make it pretty clear Legion became an individual with the Reaper code and sacrificed his own individuality so all other Geth could be independent platforms.

I know. Being facetious.

So you've moved on from popping in here to call us entitled kids to lumping us in with the sexist guy?

Not only that, it seems he's seen it coming, as though the criticisms of the ending have something to do with women. So strange.

edit: Damn, double post. Guess the thread's slowed down some.
