I don't really like her design, you can far too easily picture her bald with a wig.
Yeah, I always see people talk about her like she's the definitive sexy animated character, but I find her too "exaggerated" to be genuinely "attractive".

But seriously, I think animated characters with realistic enough proportions and style can certainly be seen as "attractive" just as one might be engrossed in movies telling made up stories portrayed by actors. Come at me GAF.

Also @Tangled, I thought it was okay. A bit contrived and the climax of the conflict was disappointing but it was okay. I consider it better than Princess and the Frog because it had no annoying animal sidekicks and the villain was more hands-on.
