I know this has probably been asekd like a hundred times in this thread, but why couldn't control Bruce the Hulk on the ship even though later he can ebcause he's angry all the time? Didn't get that at all.

He felt threatened on the ship. Threatened by Fury, threatened by Loki, threatened by the fact that he was stuck thousands of miles in the air with no way to escape, threatened by whatever attacked the ship and he was probably being influenced by the scepter.

Hulk surfaced to protect himself (and Banner) from those perceived threats. (that's my take on it)

Another one, which might have already been mentioned - just after Loki stabs Coulson, he does that little hand gesture to the scepter while looking at Thor. Thought that was a great scene. The smug look on Loki's face, the smirk as he's gestures to the scepter and then he releases the cage. Was a perfect scene.
