I didn't mind so much seeing Captain America without his helmet, partially because the costume looked a lot better without it, but I know what you mean. It's really annoying that in every Spider-Man movie he loses his mask, and it kind of loses it's impact after a while

Yeah I'd understand Cap because he's not hiding his identity and I doubt his new mask offers the same protection his older one (an actual helmet) did. But with Stark...his helmet has all his vision systems and actually offers a significant amount of protection for him. It makes no sense off

Tell me about it!

There was much hammer time involved afterwards.

That is something I loved about Thor with Natalie Portman. Parts of the movie where she was giggling like a lil girl when Hemsworth would talk to her or kiss her hand. Even in interviews Portman seemed like a giggly girl whenever Hemsworth was with her.

The power of the God of Thunder.

Haha, yeah, I remember that now. I guess if even Natalie Portman was wooed most young, fertile girls would be as well.

I finally saw this last night, was trying to be a good girlfriend and let him see his Super Heros movie, Thor definatly helped in getting me there.

Getting there or getting there?

Awesome moment, this has to be my favorite Black Panther moment though.

That is a pretty cool line, what's the backstory behind it? Not really familiar with BP too much.

Yea, to me, Spidey looks dumb without his mask in the movies. Plus it's not a shocker anymore. Plus the point is to hide his identity.

Starks is cocky and gives no shits, haha. Take it off! Plus everybody knows he's IM, so whatevs. Of course keep it on in battle though.

that would just make him too similar to Arnim Zola no?

Only if they actually have Arnim Zola come back, which I doubt. He was nice as a cameo, but there are plenty of other Captain America villains to use for the sequels (Winter Soldier, Baron Zemo, and MODOK himself to name a few). Have him be a floating body with a flickering screen that distorts his head in a fashion similar to a fun house mirror.

Edit: Is it safe to say that BP is Marvel's equivalent of Batman? He's all about prep time, is excellent at hand-to-hand martial arts combat, and is extremely intelligent with lots of gadgets.

The more scenes we get with Stark flipping the Iron Man mask up or down, the better.

The scene was during Black Panther's arc in the Skrulls' invasion of Earth. The Skrull he's fighting has Luke Cage's Skin, Wolverine's Claws, Danny Rand's Iron Fist ability, and Bullseye's aim.

John Carter and the Avengers are the two best movies of the year so far. Avengers was what I though it would be GREATNESS! John Carter was suprisingly good like 9/10 good. and the Hunger Games was meh to me.

I think you missed the real money line in the article:

Hiddleston explains that as Loki's anger grows, so do his horns. "It's all that jealousy. It might be a crazy analogy, but the more Pinocchio lies, the bigger the nose gets. And the more Loki's pain and rage expand, the bigger the horns get. Also, they just look more badass. By The Avengers 3, I'll be like a magic elk."

It was during marvel's Secret invasion event. Skrulls, the green guys, were invading Earth, and sent a bunch of soldiers to BP's home country. BP leads the army to fight them.

Edit: Crap, beaten.

To be honest, the Skrull never had a chance against BP.

Sometimes, though, they exaggerate Black Panther to Mary Sue levels (Silver Surfer arm lock).

He's definitely the one character who has been talked about, besides Strange, that I'd like to see, though. Dude is pretty awesome.

Also:

"I don't know who that guy was," said Chris Hemsworth (Thor) after the film's premiere. "But he got a big cheer."
<3.

SHIELD will confiscate all the dead Skrulls and realize they are shapeshifters. "Oh shit, they could be among us." Then we get Thanos attempting to take the Avengers down from inside. Thanos is defeated but not before one of Tony Stark's and Stark Industries star employee' (Hank Pym) new super AI downloads itself into a Skrull robot thus creating movie Ultron. Fade to black.

I keep hearing talk of a big villain for the avengers sequels but why not do a villain team-up for one of them? Do the Avengers have their own version of the Sinister Six?

Reading early Iron Man comics, it really seems like Iron Man is Marvel's Batman. He's a rich playboy who has a ton of special purpose gadgets to help him win fights.

Chances are, Thanos alone will exceed any of those villain team-ups. I'd rather see one major badass than a group of villains like Loki.

They've had plenty of villain team ups, but it'll be hard to do without Dr. Doom. Maybe Baron Zemo, if he shows up in Captain America 2.

I really hope either they go the villain team route, or the civil war one, for Avengers 2 or Avengers 3, and Thanos for the other one, because the alternative is introducing yet another overpowered cosmic villain and that would really diminish Thanos. I'm really looking forward for a big scene of Thanos taking on the whole team and that wouldn't look nearly as impressive if three years later someone else pulls it off.

Green Arrow kinda fits into that mold too. Really, the "billionaire who builds himself into a hero" trope is certainly widespread enough that although Batman is the defining character of the trope, it certainly doesn't make other similar characters to be "equivalents".

They could be formed from villains from the standalone movies (Mandarin from IM3, Enchantress/Executioner from Thor 2, Baron Zemo from Captain America 2, and Abomination / The Leader from Hulk).

Ouch. Didn't look like much of a fight.

People sleep on the Black Panther at their peril. He is known to be a straight uberbadass. Case in point, Issue 6 of his ongoing series. Klaw has the Panther's mother held hostage and is about to kill her unless he kills himself. Paraphrased because I am not at home

Klaw: Well? Do it or...
Black Panther: Or what?
Klaw: I told you alr-
Black Panther: That you'll kill my mother? you'll do that anyway. That you'll destroy my country? you'll do that anyway. It doesn't matter. I'm still going to kill you. So what exactly is your leverage again?
Black Panther's Mother: That's my boy!
