Why couldn't it go out in the day like this. I love playing at night, thats the only time I get immersed in games. Now I have to wait until TOMORROW night to really play this.

Yeah, I'm almost at the last boss of the beta and was looking forward to seeing something new.

Oh well.

Lol what? There was a stress test weekend. And it was a complete failure.
 
The Guild Wars 2 beta has REALLY spoiled me in terms of playing with friends / downleveling / still getting current-level-relevant loot in low level areas.

It's really a drag with all my friends being different levels.

My roommate and I got considerably farther than the end of the beta, but it was still a huge bummer to get kicked off the server.
 
Played a bit on my desktop a couple of hours ago and everything was perfect...

Gah, now I'm having a really bad time. Not only the servers are down, but for some reason it runs like crap in my laptop (about 17 fps and it is rising up to 90+ Celsius). Which is something that I was not expecting at all, since I was able to play The witcher 2 and crysis 2 in high at 20-30ish fps.
 
Good thing for me I'm at work during this downtime.

Sucks for everyone who's free atm though. :/


Anyway,

I'm getting this error when I load the DarkD3 files. :/

Try turning vysnc on or off, that helped with PoE and D3 beta as well.
 
Is there some D3 server status website I can check? I'm walking home and it feels silly to have to ask each time. Ogod someone please tell me I can play right now.
 
This may be a dumb question, but can two people play together with the same internet connection? I was gonna flip the CE I ordered, but those wings look badass and then I could just give my digital copy to my boyfriend and try to force him to play with me... >__>
 
Just started a run with 3 new Witch Doctors at the same time...if you haven't gotten to experiences the humor that is the army of endless spiders, I suggest you get people to try it out. It is glorious and has made me fallen in love with the WD.
 
So just for my own edification is everyone getting error 3003? I know the servers are offline just wanting make sure it's not something specific to my setup.
 
Started a Wizard on the Euro realm, but nearly 200ms ping. Plays okay, though.

I want my main on the American realm, so I'm just killing time until then.

This really isn't how I wanted to start this game. Sigh.

Thats a DirectX problem - try reinstalling the latest package

Free copy of WoW without a sub, to really replicate the Diablo 3 experience :p

Not a solution, of course, but with Global Play you can go get some game time in on the EU or Asia servers while waiting. Options->Account.
 
*sigh* It's a shame the servers are still down :(

Oh well, I wasn't feeling the game anyway, I'm just too sick too play >_<

I should just wait till I'm not sick to play the game, hopefully by then the servers are stable. They probably won't at this rate :(

The moves you have and don't have make it so the game is pretty mindless. I know I'll die when it gets harder, but I just foresee a lot of cheap deaths in the future.

Nah you'll be able to mix and match runes for different situations. No cheap deaths, just not thinking about going the situation equipped properly.
