Mine's still "Processing".
Click on the order number in the outstanding orders tab to get to the order summary page, it will give you more details about the order status. If it says awaiting despatch it's all good, but if it says awaiting stock pick, it could mean that you'll have to wait a while.

I hope Amazon UK matches MGS HD LE (PS3) or at least gives a sub £20 price for the regular sku. I really wanted to like MGS3 3D but man I can't bear the sluggish framerate anymore 'cause it impacts too much on controls and gameplay, sucks cause i really wanted to enjoy it on 3DS and I have the CPP.
I know I'll miss crouch walking (I don't think it breaks the game at all) and I hated Subsistence's painfully slow camo/weapon/item menu, but I've never beaten Snake Eater and I think the game deserves better than 23fps and stop motion cutscenes. Ironically it was the lack of 1080p (and the 3D is very good on MGS 3DS) which pushed me to cancel my preorder... can't wait to play it with butter smooth 60fps tho.
I wonder if my pc is up to the task of 1080p'ing/60fps my Subsistence copy.

Isn't King of Fighters XIII supposed to receive an update soon? I tried the demo and found it great, I think it's the only valuable alternative to SFIV, but at this point I'd wait if a newer version come out.

Not this soon, and not for a game that sold 32 copies I wouldn't have thought. If Zavvi tried to send me a platinum Catherine there would be HELL!
Funny thing - they even raised the price of the sold out MGS HD Collection LE (PS3) to 70pounds. And no, there isn't a Catherine platinum and there won't be one. Hopefully there will be a reprint. I didn't buy it b/c of my huge-ass backlog

In other words classic zavvi, they sell more then they actually have because the price drop was too good and lots of people jumped on it, they now can't get more copies for cheap from the publisher and will probably keep you in limbo or say their database is broken and you have to re-order at a new price.

Ordered the game on the 4th of April, they had a pretty nice sale. In a not very unusual manner, the game was shipped on the 7th of April. Then a month passes and the game is nowhere to be seen. I contact customer support and complain. Even though they claim that it takes 24h to reply to queries, I get a reply after three days. They ask whether I want a refund or a replacement. I promptly email them that I want a replacement, since I have not received the goods. After another three days I get another reply that they have set up a stock alert and that they will (probably) ship another copy once they get it in stock. They tell me that I will receive an email notice once it ships. Even though their web page lists the game as in stock, nothing has been shipped yet.

You should lose hope in the postal office. Not in Zavvi. Is it their fault that the postal office misplaced your game and is slow as hell on the other one? Zavvi ships from outside of EU. Deal with it. If you want your orders to get to you faster, just don't order from someone outside of EU. Order from shopto or amazon. You pay more, you get them faster, because they are shipped from within EU. You want to be a cheap arse gamer? Accept that the shipping will take longer.
And to note: I had 0 orders from Zavvi not showing up. I even got 2-3 games/movies twice, because Zavvi shipped a replacement and the original order turned up after some more days. And I order a lot.

Prototype 2 is £23.95 at Argos on both xbox and PS3 if anyone is interested.
I don't mind waiting, I have Diablo 3 to keep my occupied anyway - still, it sort of sucks that they don't restrict orders when their stock runs out. Pretty much every other website manages to do it in my experience.
