They are just ugly, but otherwise excellent maps.
The MLG version of Sanc is WAY better imo. Hell, even COUNTDOWN didn't seem bad in MLG. No scrubs flying around corners with swords/shotty. (I'm sure your version of Sanc is best Over, they need to put that in MM

Well, I don't seem to remember hating it as much before the current forge version...and before jetpacks. Maybe it's more Reach's fault than anything. I loathe playing it in Reach though. The Pit remake someone did was actually pretty fun though.

Sanctuary was a good map, but the most prominent thing I remember about it from matchmaking was the rage-inducing PP+BR combo.

I'm gonna try out as many weapons as possible, that being a big one. If it's anything remotely (lol) like the pro-pipe, I'll pop in and say so.
Also planning to crouch with the Hard Light Shield just to see what happens.

Sounds like a good idea, but I have very few friends even playing on live anymore (and I'd have to hope they're up for renewal). Oh well. I'm probably going to resub today, so i didn't really give myself anytime to plan for a cheaper price. No big. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Solved my problem with the xbox live gold resub. Just signed up for a free month through xbox.com. That works for me, lol. Will give me some time to figure out what I want to do about the 12 month subscription at least. Thanks!

Anyways, I did a connection test and it says all is good.. any suggestions of what may be up?

As far as H2A goes id really love it but nothing substantial yet at all regarding it all just grain of salt stuff.
Do you honestly believe the lead multiplayer designer did not know if you could crouch with one of the AA's? Of course he knew you couldnt its been a fact of halo that when in 3rd person you cannot crouch, He knew the animators did not make crouching animations for the shield he knew that if crouch and you used the shield you would stand up. Its common sense.

I thought the question was relevant, the reaction to it predictable. I believe he genuinely didn't know the answer to the question; whether it was due to the fact that it was so unimportant to gameplay or just the fact that he didn't remember what minutia took place in the build is irrelevant. A lot of people think that when you're a project lead, you should be omnipotent when it comes to the content of your project.
