ST Tournament of Legends wasreally hype to watch!

KoF Finals were really hype!

Marvel Finals were quite hype
but disappointed the FUCK out of me.

SF x T and SSFVIAE...lol boring.

It starts losing steam near the end, but the begging of it is pretty magical.

Also, if you didn't see the Super Turbo action from last night watch that too. It was more hype the SF4.
 
I also can't believe the finals ended before midnight. Once Marvel finished I finished AE would go to 1am. But man, pure steamrolling. I wish there were closer matches to see more clearly the high level gameplay, but the matches were still good. Great evo.

I'll be weird finally seeing daylight again.
 
Some people do not understand that this is a tournament first and a show second. Completely oblivious until they disappear for a year and come back to do it again.

Now to spend the next two days watching all the SFIV2012 and UMvC3 pool matches I missed, ST Tournament of Legends, 3D games, anime games, and panels.
 
Where was the crowd tonight? In the Day 1 footage, they're all screaming crazy.

Had they all left because it was late? Or were there no favourites to cheer for?
 
Its been a pleasure in these 2 evo threads folks. For anyone who hasnt been to evo yet you should defintiely try to make it to one. If you thought the stream and this thread was hype being there in person is even more insane. Thanks to Kadey for making the thread and thanks to all people who posted the awesome pics and gifs. Can't for next year.

This is true. KOF also won most heartwarming moment at the end when we had that huge upset at the end but then everyone was just smiling and chanting "K-O-F! K-O-F! K-O-F! K-O-F!" because that shit that went down is what fighting games are all about.
 
This EVO was a huge success mainly because of KOF, so happy about that game. I mean wow 90k people watch that :o

Still amazes me...
 
Well this has been the most exciting, yet unpredictable fighting game event I have ever seen. There were unexpected upsets, so much hype, and so much salt. Truly amazing and I enjoyed every bit. Good shit to all the competitors and winners, they gave it there all.

And yes KoF was the best.
 
Shoutouts to Spooky for holding it down. KoF was the highlight of EVO for me and I don't even play the damn game. Other than F Champ winning and a boring top 8 for AE I still think it was a great EVO.

KOF was definitely the highlight for me, with the Tournament of Legends coming in a close second. My salt carried over from yesterday for Marvel.
