Didn't see it, but another clip, probably Anne on Letterman

Probably don't want to watch it, though most of the clip was in the MTV trailer
So I was sitting down today and I was thinking how huge these batman films are. There's so much anticipation and its prob going to take loads at the box office. Is this because of the quality of the source material, the quality of the director/actors, or both?
When Begins came out I had to beg people to come see it with me opening night. Eventually I gave up and had to go by myself (they then joined me a week later for my second viewing) but with TDK and now TDKR people are foaming at the mouth.
Is this because the Batman characters are so great or is it because Nolan is a genius?
What im getting at is...if Nolan had made say Daredevil or Wolverine or The Flash would the films be as big?
Is it down to his amazing talent or the source material that he's working with?
I dont even like Batman much as a character, I actually think he kind of sucks, but I'm so hyped for these Nolan Batman films. Im trying to imagine if I'd be as pumped if Nolan was making a Wolverine film or an X-Men film....would it be the same or does the Batman universe/characters just lend themselves to good movies?
I'd be surprised if there was a single person who had an emotional reaction to Rachel's death. Personally though, I got more out of Rachel's death than I did from Ben's, if only for the shock value. Her getting blown up in mid-sentence was one of the "holy shit" moments of the movie for me.
You need a competent vision and the ability to hire talent like Timm and Nolan do.They are big because people recognize that the movies are quality and because it's fucking Batman. Everyone loves Batman.
I had a emotional reaction but it was how Harvey reacted that got me.
No corpse, no death.Rachel's death, wasn't really emotional for her. It was more the effect on Harvey and Bruce, that I cared about.
No corpse, no death.
See Ras, Gordon

Looks good!Good friend Bruce Wayne? That means when Bane captures him, he captures him as Bruce assuming that Blake doesn't know he's Batman.
What else constitutes spoilers?
HYYYYYYYPE. Dammit. 1 week.
(Anne's still gonna own.)
Spoilerspfft, we got a corpse with Gordon. Can't trust Nolan one bit.
Thomas Wayne, BACK FROM VACATION
Spoilers
One of TDK's strange plot holes, the "Death" of Gordon.
Nobody knows what's in movie outside of trailers. Hence why nothing is being spoiled. Yet.
quick question: what track on the OST is the one from the Nokia trailer?
The exact track isn't on the OST, as far I know. There are hints of it in the 3rd track, however.
I know, it sucks. You can probably find some good rips of it on youtube.
Watching Batman Begins again, so good.
Whats the runtime of DKR again?
$50? LinkWell I just spent 50 bucks on a Batman t-shirt.
This movie needs to come out because it is making me make poor decisions.
I'm surprised no mention of rock hardNow that Katie Holmes is free, Nolan and Co should go back and re-shoot everything that involves Rachel for TDK, if only for the consistency of it all.
Pull a Lucas and digitally put her face over Gyllenhal's.
Not sure if you're being serious or not, but Stephens knew Gordon was alive, so in no way was it a plot hole.

Hasof the OST been youtubed yet?'The End'
No Ras resurrects Wayne's dad by digging up his corpse and making Bane.Thomas Wayne actually comes back as Catman.
Had Katie stayed, I would have gotten upset by it.
No Ras resurrects Wayne's dad by digging up his corpse and making Bane.
In that bridge scene where Bane goes "Mr. Wayne" he's introducing himself.
Edit his mom is Catwoman
thanksYeah, I think this is it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltSJVLAQ0Do

Does anyone else think the new Batman suit is ugly?
I hate the neck part and the high tech design

He's easier to relate to than most comic book heroes.
Cool. Hush would fit perfectly in Nolan's films.
Batman is awesome, but no. Not at all.
Cannot unsee Batman sitting and spreading his legs.
