4 Unhealthy Mentalities the Internet Turned into Movements

1 way to spot a Cracked article:
The headline starts with a number.
On topic:
The internet has unhealthy movements for everything ranging from racism to drunk driving or cheating. It just depends on where you go.
But the one I see the most on the internet is definitely #3. Like even here there was a dude in the dating thread complaining about how unfair and superficial the women in the dating scene are towards men.

I was expecting pro anorexia and fat acceptance to get lumped into one list item. Every single bit of fat acceptance stuff that pops up on the internet goes well beyond "get people to be ok with not looking like models/celebrities/porn stars" and is just justifying an unhealthy lifestyle.

Heh, not surprised to see this article posted here. The first thing I thought when I read #4: "There's a defense force for everything."

I'm so confused with gang stalking.

Also this list was pretty tame, could think of a lot worse things that the internet has started movements about.

1:33 is insane

This one is just unsettling to watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKybGHkncqI&feature=related

Where are Norma Lawrence and Jane?

Norma is the TI in this video. Jane was a highly reputable, vocal and well liked Canadian journalist and also a TI.

Both worked together, tirelessly to bring the problem of gangstalking to the public's awareness, through sites like Catch.ca etc.

They, along with a few other TI's, provided enormous proof for what was to be legal history, in finally outting, identifying and bringing to justice the government and associated agencies responsible for their stalking and other crimes (human experimentation and mind control).

But, as the case was due to go to court a bizarre series of incidents occurred. The lawyers stepped down, the evidence was tampered with, witnesses were scared off, in what was an unprecedented legal panic to destroy this case before it could ever be heard.

Gangstalking, human experimentation, DEW, Ritual abuse... the heinous crimes committed in this world are endless but very much mindless and wholly unwarranted....

May God have mercy on us all

I don't understand wtf I just watched.

The guy is insane and believes old ladies and men are watching his every movements, every one is suspect.

Are there lots of people who pay no attention to you when you're out and about?

"Look at these people. All of their attentions are strategically turned away from me. Something sinister is at play here."

those four types of people are what make the internet great.

There is no secret cult of Drunk Driving advocates. The reason why people (like this article) claim there is is because if someone suggests a driver was not "legally impaired" everyone takes the extreme opposite opposite opinion and calls them a "drunk driving advocate."

By saying this, you are now a drunk driving advocate. Someone somewhere just put you on a list.

Sounds like parts of GAF.

One time, my friend got a DUI and blew a .03 and I tried to help him get out of it. I would be willing to put money that someone on the internet/GAF now thinks I'm "scum" or should have my license revoked, etc.
