Just finished watching Barcelona vs Osasuna. We were fucking AWFUL. We deserved nothing from this game and Osasuna were well and truly robbed. It annoys me that not only did the ref start our attack for the equalizer but Alexis was offside. Their fans have ever right to be pissed off that they did not leave with 3 points. Incredibly shit away form has seemingly passed from pep to tito. In the end I am pissed off by this performance but 3 points are still 3 points.

I am sure this place was alive with UNICEF/CHEATS ect ect. But let the record show I am not happy with what happened tonight.

Iniesta was maddening, sometimes amazing sometimes awful :)

I see Real Madrid lost. Great, ill watch that later. But I can assure you they played better than barca.
 
Great day overall, PSG and Real Madrid drew/lost. Barca won. Inter winning 3-0 sucked though, so did Arsenals draw with Stoke.

Great win, I love reading back seeing so many people crying about the offside goal, yet Sanchez, Messi, Pedro AND Tello were all incorrectly called offside each 1 time during the game, Osasuna playing that high line should have cost them. Each of those would have been 1on1. Horrible linesman, horrible play from us too, just horrible, even Messi wasn't great(2nd goal was nice though). Iniesta was bad, so was Cesc.

Yes but with Insigne, Vargas was bought 7 months before Lavezzi was even sold(iirc), Lavezzi was the one that convinced Vargas to join Napoli even. Insigne now starts and is similar to Lavezzi(small dribbling kinda player), Vargas has been utter crap every time he plays for Napoli except for in pre season. Unfortunate considering how much praise he was getting before he joined Napoli.

In other news Puyol played the last 17minutes with fractured cheek bone lol. <3

La Liga officials are terrible and this has been going for a long time. In a sad way i'm excepting it now because I don't see anything will improve in spain regarding the league. But when Barca get benefits from officials somehow it's BARCA's foult which is pathetic really

Anyway i think the other players need to start scoring more goals. it's really frustrating that Messi is our only consistent goal scorer.

Edit: Since Madrid are in a mini-Crisis I'm expecting them to improve their bid for Modric

Yeah, right now we only have Young, Valencia and maybe Giggs to rotate. Surely, Ferguson can't be serious about playing Rooney or Welbeck on the wing?

^ He's played Welbeck out on the wing a couple of times though it's not his best position. Wouldn't mind if we sold Nani and brought in Dembele seen as it looks like the team could be looking to play through the middle more this season and Dembele can play in CM or even the wing.

Absolutely correct about his analysis on how United players pass sideways, thing is even if they do it's either crap as fuck or no-one has made the movement so it's useless, or it's easily defendable. A good through pass is unstoppable.


Nani better not go, although Ferguson is much too harsh on him most of the time.

Pretty good weekend for FF points.

Then one of them needs to be sold. You can't have 5 strikers and play a 4-2-3-1. Even 3 strikers is too much.

This kid, Oliver Markoutz looks very promising. He's a bomb in the U19 team and was great in the pre-season with the main team. Austrian, attacking mid/winger.

They had to pull a team together for the reserves, Bayern II got relegated to the 4th division so pretty much everyone was released. They bought a bunch of random kids from Germany, Netherlands, etc and they had a terrible season... pretty much everyone was released again at the end of the season and now the majority of players from the U19 team (2nd place last season) were promoted to the reserves.

It was like a transition team.

Bayern are usually pretty good at finding and bringing in young talent. Maybe they already have the next Schweinsteiger/Ribery there.

Not really, usually the team sucks at scouting. Most of the young talents end up flopping at Bayern, that's why they're focusing in homegrown talent now. Lahm, Badstuber, Schweinsteiger, Mueller, etc all started in Bayern when they were kids.

Oliver Markoutz looks like a serious option for the LW position in a few years, actually!
We already promoted Emre Can this season to the first team, but I'm not sure if he's a pure DM or a DM/CM. Time will tell.

It's annoying.. looking at say last seasons stats, Messi 73 goals, Cesc 15, Alexis 15. Then you look at Madrid and you see Ronaldo on 60, Benzema on 32, Higuain on 26 :(

Luckily Villa is back and Pedro is in the line-up again, I see the scoring spreading out throughout the season. Messi has 5 goals in the first 3 games of the season. Pedro already 2. Villa 1.
 
Man I am still amazed at how wrong I was for being skeptical of Hazard the guy seem to genuinely be something special, whenever he has the ball I feel like something magical is about to happen.

I have thought the same way a couple of months ago. The thought of ceasing to even think is just frightening. We can't contemplate it because of our ego. I think this scare made me realize why sometimes some people look towards religion. I wouldn't head in that direction, but it did make me empathize with people's thought process on the subject.

I just try not to think about it.

He'll be a great player for Chelsea, although its only been 3 games, he's looked great in every single one and Torres seems to be playing well with him too. Also, never realised he was so quick.
 
I'm really surprised Jenkinson is bringing the points in FF, he's worth 4.5 and I just put him in to buff out my team yet he's in the FF dream team. Although may fizzle out in the Liverpool match.
