I don't mind working at all, I just miss footyGAF.

Ferguson wouldn't sell a player to balance the books. You can rest assured, he is the boss.
The back page of tomorrow's Mirror is the story that we're lining up a £15 million for Sturridge.
Don't fancy that, too much in my opinion. At the start of the summer I was more open to it, but I've cooled towards the idea. He's a good player, but I worry that he's too wasteful with the ball.
Don't even think about it DC.

So how did everyone do in the Fantasy Football league this week? Not a bad one for me, 82 points![]()

I got around 62.
Swapped Borini for Cisse in this weeks free transfer. Sorry Villa fans but I've got a suspicion he'll maul you at the weekend.
Stop showing off. 62.
I had a pretty shit first week so I'm allowed!
Speaking of shit weeks...
I have to get anally violated by the doctor this week to see what's up with my butt.

Bad fantasy week for me; Rooney was a big mistake. Swapped him out for Torres now that he seems to not be shit anymore.
You know Torres doesn't play next gameweek?Bad fantasy week for me; Rooney was a big mistake. Swapped him out for Torres now that he seems to not be shit anymore.
You've just made two of Fantasy Football's cardinal sins:
1) Gone for a player that's dominated the week before, without checking their upcoming fixture.
2) Put Fernando Torres into your team in the belief that 'he's back'.
The Fabregas one was cool too.![]()

No way Rooney leaves. That would be madness.
I put Torres in. Up next is QPR and So'ton. My FFL team has been ruined by Aguero and Rooney getting injured in consecutive weeks.
Good move from Rooney (personally), got himself a raise. Shame he could still leave.I was in absolute awe when he handed in that transfer request a couple of seasons ago. Was just about to head into a lecture and my United fan mate was outside on the phone to his mate discussing it. Properly mental.
Turns out it was all just one big ploy to force United into signing players.

Who would be interested in him?

Reckon Real would take him.
So good, was it from when Villa got his injury?
Hernandez lolWho did we actually sign in the wake of that?
I'd want Ozil or Higuain. They do a swap deal for Kaka.

It's paper talk. But from what I have heard, which could be false, Rooneys position at the club is not as it once was. That doesn't mean he is being sold, the papers have jumped to that, but it just means he has to buckle down and work hard to regain everybody's trust once again.Where are all these Rooney comments coming from? Any truly credible source making wind of this, or is this one of those typical Twitter transfer farts? Why would Rooney leave, and who would be in the position to take him?
He was guff at the Euros so I imagine a lot of European teams would be reluctant to pay the price United would demand, and I doubt United would sell to direct competition.
Seems a bit of an obvious story to invent, to be honest. Rooney's benched for a single game and suddenly he's on his way out, more than willing to bet it's poppycock.
Rumours around several LFC websites are Lucas will be out for 6 to 8 weeks.
Seen that, he must be devastated. At least it's not his knee though, makes it a lot less ominous. And he won't have to go through any strenuous rehab either. The silver lining to this is his knee gets time to recuperate further too; I was still a bit worried about him jumping back into the fold this early.Rumours around several LFC websites are Lucas will be out for 6 to 8 weeks.
That's a damn shame. It's nothing to do with his original injury, Right?
