Realistically, I don't think the reduction from four lanes to three is going to impact songs as much as one would assume. Most charts from the arcade versions barely utilize all four lanes at once (though, when they do, it's a bit crazy--I think I remember seeing one that had four simultaneous hold notes). Now, whether or not Pentavision wants to directly port existing song charts over without reducing their note count is another story.
TUNE seems to be shaping up nicely, but I'm kind of disappointed that I don't see any mission mode/crew challenge stuff. Also, why on earth does it take so long to load song previews in the menu selection? It's horrible! It's as slow as loading off a UMD. The thrill and impact of quickly cycling through songs is really important to some people, especially those of us who grew up with games like DDR and are used to a snappy, high-energy presentation.
