Portability. Can't be sitting in front of cabs all the time. Why would you guys want to play arcade games on a handheld if you all own tons of arcade boards?

Once a new firmware update comes, you must make the choice. Unless you only want to play older Vita games of course.I will still use the Vita to play Vita games, and homebrew along with that. This isn't a choice of one or the other.

What, CPS2PSP works on vita? Which version are you using?

I'll likely be updating once Need for Speed Most Wanted comes out.Once a new firmware update comes, you must make the choice. Unless you only want to play older Vita games of course.
Yeah it says 0mb free but that doesn't matter. I think it's because it's a modified version of a PSP app so it hasn't been updated to read how much memory is left on the Vita memory card.edit: okay got the ftp to install. Had to delete the exploited save data from the vita then install as new with the ftp homebrew in the folder already as one. It wouldn't add and overwrite/replace new files to the save data.
Now my FTP is started but I do notice it says 0MB Free. I think whitehawk you mentioned you had that problem as well. Is it a bug or did I do something wrong?
so there's no way to get either of the two psn games required for this?
In the Game folder. So it would be like PSP>GAME>SNES9XFTP transfer is slow for me. Only get 700kb/s.
Where do we put the emulators? I have the Snes9x_Euphoria folder but don't know where to FTP it.
Wait, they put Urbanix and MBA back on the store already?Sony already patched the exploit for the 2 games. If you buy them from the store/download them now you won't be able to use the exploit. The only thing you can do is hope they find another game that can be exploited.
Once sony releases 1.82, you won't be able to transfer it back since you have to have the latest firmware to connect to PSN. And you need to connect to PSN to use the content manager.
because those arcade boards aren't exactly portable, or maybe they own a different version of the game like say the DC version of SF3 or 3DO version of SSF2T.Why would you guys want to play arcade games on a handheld if you all own tons of arcade boards?

You're putting them in a folder called "ISO" in the root right? My PSP games file names are longer than 8 characters, lower and upper case (and have spaces), and end in ".cso"
All work so far. Need to start ripping new games.
Yes, next to the PSP folder. You're putting them in a folder called "ISO" in the root right?
Okay thanks. Right now i can't use OpenCM since I'm on a mac.
Yup already did. I'm all set up now. Backed up Mad Breaker Alpha just in case.Which is why you should find a way to get the FTP method up. Since you can just use an FTP client on your Mac to do the same thing as OpenCMA.
That's why you install the Open Content Manager.

Hmm, good point. Didn't think of it that way.I wonder if those kind of exploits are the reason why we can't acceed to Vita savegames in any way or save them individually to the PC, like we do with PSP or Minis.
I suppose that they want to prevent an exploit in a Vita retail title savegame, because in this case, they won't be able to take it out from the PSN, and anyone with the correct firmware could use that retail game to hack the Vita.

Encountered a weird bug/problem.
I added Peace Walker ISO to my save game exploit folder and it shows up in the TN menu and runs fine. I then add Hot Shots Golf to my save game exploit folder and it black screens when I launch Mad Breaker Alpha. I don't even get to the TN menu. I get an error code. Yes, I have tried both putting them in the ISO root folder. Whether it be in ISO folder or save game folder they both encounter same bug/problem.
By themselves they both work, though. If they are alone in a folder. It's only when I have multiple ISO's/CSO's in there that it black screens on me. Really annoying.
Anyone know of this issue? Again, all my games work by themselves! (4 games total - Peace Walker, Hot Shots Golf, Crush, Liberty City Stories) Just not when together in same folder!
Tried that. I've honestly been at this the past few hours trying different combinations and it still doesn't work. Must be a bug. Does anyone have 3 or more ISO's on their memory card and encounter anything similar?Weird. I'd recommend just going the FTP route as it seems to be the most stable/easy.

Why the heck are people considering buying a Vita JUST for this?
.
So does this mean that Birth by Sleep and Crisis Core are finally playable on Vita?
Yeah that's the error I get with Crazy Taxi as well.Theee fuck?
Power Stone runs, but when I press start to play I get an error.
