LEGO City must be the safest place in the universe, they must have the highest number of
fire/police departments per capita.
I'd rather have Star Trek

As does mine, when I was a kid I never had figures or anything I just had a ton of lego. So whatever TV show\movie I was into at the time I made with Lego. I had Lego Batman made with a black spaceman with ears and a cape stuck. Ninja turtles were the robin hood lego men (as they were the only green legomen at the time), Superman, Ghostbusters.
With TMNT on the way that only leaves Ghostbusters remaining.
I would kill for official Ghostbusters LEGO sets.
Don't care about the sets, but I would like the minifigs.![]()
Lego wants to do sets for properties that kids also like.
Thanks to the magic of Facebook...

once again, bricklink the minifigs, fuck the rest
Do kids still now TMNT?
DogpoundMy TMNT knowledge is...lacking...Who is the dude in the middle? That's a pretty fancy minifig (reminds me of the LotR golem in terms of size/design).

It's based on the 2012 new series from Nickelodeon.
New show just started
Yeah the shredder rocks. Agreed about donatello which sucks as he's my own favourite turtle.Yeah - I'm actually REALLY digging the Shredder minifig posted by MaizeRage25. I hate the Donatello face a LOT. Why the missing tooth?

I think I'll grab the turtles, splinter, shredder and a couple of foot soldiers. Maybe krang but not sure.
The licensed sets seem weak and uninspired to me lately, but I am sure they'll sell a ton.
I have a question about the Winter Village theme if anyone can help:
A few people here have said the Cottage is boring, and kind of tedious. How are the Bakery and Post Office by comparison? I've been eyeing both and would love to have them on my mantle for Christmas time.
Damnit. I'm going to have to get all of the sets to get all four Turtles, aren't I?
Eeeeh. Maybe I'll skip it. Don't really like the character designs in the new show.
Mighty impressive MOCs especially considering his age: WW2 Tanks!
What is that double sided grip piece he is using for the front of the tank? The ones he is using a bunch of for holding the tiles together that cover the fronts of the treads? They are everywhere in almost all of the MOCs that are shown.
I thought it was really rad that they included him as a figure, but...

The figure doesn't feel right in comparison to what I remember as a kid...I guess the show has changed a lot?

I had to lookup the new Kraang myself cause that minifig had me a little puzzled.

Yea. Shredder looks cool, but I'd need the Turtles to with him.Agreed, but Shredder looks pretty awesome. Will probably Bricklink him at least.

Both sets are a little disappointing. But I'll totally buy the Spider-Man set. I'm hoping for some more X-Men sets. Like the Mansion or the Blackbird.
