Nah, it still needs an IGZO display and to go back to its previous thinness/charge times. And a new industrial design. It'll get an update, I think.

Well, iPad 4 changes everything. I've been weighing up the pros and cons between getting an iPad (3) and Surface. Now with this announcement, all I can think is that my iPad 4 will be out of date in 6 months! It's actually making me even more hesitant to jump in even though it's a brand new model.
