Yes. They said only the Wifi ship Nov 2nd. They did this with OG iPad as well.
Too many products at once. They gotta stagger it.

Same here, though no smart cover yet. I don't really like any of the polyurethane colors with the black iPad...the navy blue leather is the only one I really care for I think. I'll have to see them in person before I buy anything.
Maybe the light grey...I'd go with something more colorful but the blue and green just look weird with black.
edit: I think I need to go with Navy Blue or Black Leather. They look a lot nicer, at least in videos.

Damnit I may have changed my mind and want the white. If I put in an order for the white, will I be able to cancel the black? Won't let me cancel the black at the moment.
You could probably call 1-800-my-apple and cancel

Elaborate? I'm fairly certain you don't mean dirt, since the white is glass on the iPad. The don't get dirty. My white iPhone 4 was just as white as when it was new when I sold it.

It definitely accumulates dirt near the seams. It starts to discolour, as well.
Why do people bring up scratches on the black model so much?
I have had my black iPhone 5 for a month now and it doesn't have a single scratch. I walk around with it in my pocket, have it on the car seat and it fell down from the car seat once as well. But when I put it down on something I also do it with the screen facing the table.

Because Apple screwed the initial production up? A friend got one from the first batch and she got two scratches and a dent. Now she has to wait 6 weeks for a replacement from Apple.

the black/slate iPod touch looks fantastic (which I thought the white/silver would look better) in person. That's why I'm going with a black Mini.

I've seen a few people complain that Apple adjusted the Euro to USD conversion in the App Store, but no one has noted that they also adjusted the CAD to USD conversion in the physical products; iPad 3 was $519 CAD (versus $499 USD). iPad 4 is $499 CAD (versus $499 USD). Yahoo!
