I thought we were past the days of five gifs in the course of ten posts.

And by fun you mean Tumblr gifs that look like half the frames have been cut out that, despite being low quality, cause my browser to crash. :(
Jensen Ackles is just so adorable.
Can anyone recommend some good books on LGBT history? Like, not just the civil rights stuff, (though I want that too; Milk, etc.) but also maybe something that takes a look at homosexuality throughout the ages? Like in ancient Rome/Greece, the Middle East, China, and the WW2 era up to modern day?
I haven't read my copy of the "Lavender Scare" yet, but that's a historical bit, I know you don't really want 60's stuff but that was a significant bit of history for homosexuals being prosecuted in the US during the red scare.

While I only saw the documentary, the book is based on is equally interesting, or so I've read. It's called the celluloid closet, and is about the story of homosexuality deception in film. I guess it's not exactly the kind of history you are looking for but I found it tp be pretty interesting, since it covered the whole century. I thought it was worth mentioning it.
Strangers: Homosexual Love in the Nineteenth Century looks like an interesting read. I haven't read it but I've read another book by the author, The Discovery of France. He's a great writer.
Happy Halloween gaygaf.

Yesterday, with all the Taylor Swift news, I realized that I've never heard one of her songs.
