Gotcha.
Considering it's people usually posting in Giant Bomb forums and their youtube videos, yes.
I pretty much every time have to double check when I type his name.
I think the whole point of him being "bad" at it, was that he gets caught up in being completionist and then loses interest because doing that stuff is generally not as entertaining as the main content, or the next game comes along before he's done.

In reality, though, most of the Giant Bomb staff has a weirdly-antagonistic stance on weed that I think comes in part from their frequent interaction with dudebroes on Xbox Live and such (you know, the type of person who would have a user-name like "xxxBluntsmoka420xxx").
Alex is the Giant Bomber who smokes weed, btw. He tweeted something about not being able to escape "getting monstrously high" while hanging out with some old friends around Christmas of last year.

I feel Patrick and Alex have come close to outright admitting to using "recreational substances". Alex especially, if you listened to enough of the old Screened podcast.
Ryan's mentioned he has a friend who works at a hospital who can get him "things" that most normally would not have access to (it was more specifically in reference to being able to easily get a saline drip IV to alleviate hellish hangovers - which, I mean, in itself sounds like something a dire alcoholic would know about).
Jeff recently mentioned on a Tumblr question that the smell of pot gives him an intense headache (I can sympathize) and that he rarely drinks.
