Totally. Doarandom PC ga e I steady eryThursday. I could live with it even if it wasn't always with Dave. He'll do a regular retro stream. Basically everything is better than TNT. The only time I enjoyed TNT was when they played Fortune Street. Playing with random Internet people is not interesting to watch at all.

Those Uncharted TNTs beg to differ.

TNT absolutely should have been them messing around with Ryan's new Famicom games. All the best live stuff they've done has been them playing with old games and this was as good an excuse as any. Bummer!

Honestly, I'd rather they dedicate, like, 4 to 8 hours on that...

Plus, it seems like their MO is that oldass games = premium content. so it's not really a TNT thing

no more like evryone is catching up on GOTY stuff so why not play some of these games live for 2 hours

I would prefer that instead, but I don't think they'll replace TNT with long quicklooks or an endurance run-like feature instead of TNT. The former is redundant and the latter is kind of a dangerous slope. Also, as mentioned, they usually keep that kind of stuff for premium members.

That'll definitely just been it's one own off live streaming sub only jam sesh.

Right before this summer, I think, they did a couple of hours of premium SNES games followed by a couple of hours of SNES games for TNT. It was a pretty good setup.

I have sometime off in 2 weeks. I was planning on finishing it then but I'll probably get an episode or 2 in before then.
Yeah, each episode is about as much of a commitment as watching a movie, none of them are longer than 2 hours, I found it easy to sneak in the first and second one inbetween other stuff. After the second one, I always played them right on release day as I was pumped to find out what happened next. :D

TNT could be used for mini endurance runs if they wanted. playing a game like halo in co-op 1.5-2hrs aweek could be fun
There's already Endurance Runs for Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 1 Anniversary played by Giantbomb crew.

Though Anniversary doesn't really count, those were interns.

halo was just an example, but more co-op focused tnts could be a good idea.

Patrick i got this gif ready for when you get the true ending

If I was a game journo... I would stop reading twitter while playing a game like 999, lol. Especially with all the Patrick haters... yeah, that's one way to ruin his day lol.

Hopefully Patrick doesn't read this thread before reaching the true end though because now we're just exacerbating the problem. Urgh, spoiler talk

I don't even know if that tweet was malicious, some people are just really really dumb and speak out before thinking. Too bad Patrick saw it. Guess it's pretty much impossible to avoid this kind of stuff when you're active on Twitter and kind of a public person. Shame, but what can you do.

Wait, what? That movies has to be almost 20 years old. I spoil tagged it just in case. I thought it was well past spoiler territory.
I was just joking, sorry man. :D Love the movie.

Ahhh ok. I'm not 100% clear on spoiler etiquette. I guess I should have realized you were joking when you quoted the post. I actually hope I didn't spoil the movie for anyone who planned on watching it someday and somehow avoided spoilers to this point. One of the best movie moments.
