But it's interesting, the Vita version is 31 megabytes, the Minis version is 21. You'd think there would be a bigger difference in size, given the 2d artwork is 4x the resolution (or should be). (Then again, maybe the compression is better)

It doesn't look terrible. It isn't any more blurry. It's a little stretched for some reason. Not a big deal, though. Weirdly, the model seems slightly different (notice hairline and cord on jetpack):

Sounds like most people that have it are happy with the purchase.
Damn I may have been a little too critical of Unit 13 too soon. These missions already started ramping up in difficulty around the 5th one. It took me a bunch of tries to do the first High Value Target too due to no checkpoints in the mission. I pulled it off and got a score in the top 1000 though

The HVT missions are no joke. I was trying them with level 1 people and getting smoked. I finially did the 1st and 3rd today with a level 3/4 gunner.
Today's daily challenge wasn't messing around either.

I ran into some pretty good difficulty starting on mission 4 and I just did 6 now, which wasn't easy due to it being a no checkpoint round. Pulled off another insanely high score though since the third group of guys I had to kill were all bunched up. I managed to sneak close to them and toss a grenade killing 6 at once which left only the clueless but confused target left who I headshotted with my pistol from behind cover. Got the stealth bonus for that too somehow lol.
I'm glad it's getting harder because the game doesn't really do anything else but combat and capturing a highlighted object, so the combat needs to be tactical and tough.

Chronovolt is horrible. Controls suck (who in their right mind mapped panning the camera to O and X), framerate sucks, graphics are average and the game is pretty damn boring to boot.
Isn't one the minis version?
Yeah I believe so, the one that is free is clearly marked as the Vita version in the title.
Downloaded and have played it. It's ok. Rear touch to use jet pack. Not sure if configurable. Title screen is slightly blurry but menu isn't .. wierd. Graphics are fine but then again I haven't played the iOS version or minis for that matter ...

Yeah I was looking into those too but that's way too much. I was hoping it would get a half off sale somewhere in these last 3 weeks and I probably would have gotten them since I liked the game. Now I'm thinking of getting Little Kings Story.
I was also going to use the last of my Amazon credit on Sly 4 for Vita but they don't have it in stock

I'm kind of interested in VLR but I got such a big backlog on Vita already so I'll pass for now. Besides I'd ''have'' to plat 999 first and that game didn'teven release over here so I'd have to import it somewhere if it is even available now let alone later *sigh*. Is 3DS even region free when it comes to DS games? My DSi barely functions.
Is P4G EU localization handled by same monkeys that are doing P4A? So should I expect spring or 2014 release?
BTW thanks to PSN classic play month I can say Alundra holds up really well. Check it out if you are looking for PS1 classics for Vita.

Great. Would love some more FPS's on the vita. It's got two sticks for gods sake!
Yeah this should be a good one. Hoping for a fleshed out multiplayer since the only two FPS's we have are both horrendously barebones in multiplayer.
Yeah, Resistance was eh and I never bothered to touch COD. Funnily enough Strangers Wrath is pretty decent for some shooting although it's really everything around it (graphics, third person movement/action) that make it.

Been lurking in this thread for a couple months but I felt compelled to start participating in the conversation since I've been enjoying my vita so much.
Went all in on digital with a 32 gig card and no physical media.
-p4g is awesome. About 30 hours in and taking my time to savor it.
-sonic transformed is also really good and reminds me of my time with dkr.
-dj max technica tune I'm enjoying but it is really fucking hard later on.
-took a look at the psp games on psn and you can really go down a rabbit hole. I did buy patapon 1 and 2 (where the fuck is patapon 3 goddamn) and I'm addicted. Also bought Valkyria Chronicles 2. Basically I'll only buy a psp game if there is no comparible counterpart on the vita. Like I want to play freedom unite but I might as well wait for soul sacrifice.
My main question is where are all the damn card games? I bought the uncharted one but it's just too simplistic for my tastes. Why are there no tag force games on psn? Also, how is the eye of judgment psp game? I'm looking for meaty mechanics with full deck customizability btw.
Anyway, thanks for reading and I for sure won't just be lurking from now on.

This store update is a mess. Some games like Lumines don't have the proper pricing and when you go to the holiday sale section it lists Little Big Planet, Escape Plan, and another game that were on sale the first week but are no longer. If I go to the plus section it doesn't list all the plus discounts either. So they aren't even surfacing the sales that are current.
I want my plus discount for lumines.

I look foreward to playing Valkyria Chronicles 3 translated (and Birth By Sleep Final Mix translated) on vita if the UNO hack works correctly. Still need to get myself to import VC3 when the silly patch releases. I'd be more than happy to lay my PSPs to much deserved rest if we could get something more permanent when it comes to Vita emulation homebrew. I don't really even care that much about Vita being ''natively'' hacked as long as I could have everything PS1 and PSP on the card without problems, especially with games like BBS not digitally available at all, 2 accounts not working (since I have quite a few US titles on my alt acc) VC3 never being officially translated ect.
Oh and I'm happy that it seems Corpse Party sequel seems to be released this month finally! PSP keeps on giving <3. Original was one of my favourite PSP titles and totally took me by surprise. Too bad that is on my US account so no Vita replay for now *sigh*.
