Speaking of cheap Vitas, GameStop's deal of the week for their PowerUp Rewards members:

Use 10,000 points (easy to come by, when you buy stuff at GameStop) get a used Vita for $150

Wishing JAW could find a way to get in touch with Capcom, work toward bringing (porting) OkamiHD or Resident Evil 4, to Vita.

A quick question.

How is Plants vs Zombies on Vita?

Worth getting as a nice time waster?

I dont think there is a bad version of that game, although some have a tad less content than others.

Ummm what can I say, it's cool and bright :)

Borderlands 2 on Vita? ;) Or better yet, simultaneously developing Fallout 4 for Vita under Bethesda's supervision despite their negligence towards Sony platforms and their games running stable on them.

It's one of the most addictive and brilliant tower defense games in recent history. If you haven't played it before, you must. My wife ironically got 70% of the trophies in it, she adores it (before she made me stop playing my Vita).

Fellow Vita...ers...I have followed this thread (and the previous) for quite awhile, but haven't seen any impressions on:

-Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus (Unless I am the only person who never played either the 360 or PS3 version)
-Army Corps of Hell

Could someone who has played either of those let me know if they're worth picking up? Many thanks!

Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus is a port of one of the best PS3 action games out there.
It does run at 30fps, and there are framerate drops when things get really busy, but it looks great and plays well.
It also runs at native res 98% of the time, which is a plus imo.

If you've never played a 3D Ninja Gaiden game, then let me warn you that it's brutally hard.
Mashing buttons and spamming attacks will not work, there is no autosave or checkpoint system (just save statues scattered around that you can save at) and no automatically regenerating health.
The combat itself is less about flashy combos and more about reacting to enemy attacks and managing groups of opponents.
There will almost never be a time where you'll fight one enemy by himself unless you're fighting a boss on lesser difficulties.

Most reviews and impressions for Ninja Gaiden Sigma can be applied to this game, so it should be easy to find out whether you'll like it or not.

Unit 13 is the better game. Resistance has competitive multiplayer though (very broken BTW)

I like unit 13 a lot, and I'm not a big fan of FPSes. Each level is a self contained scenario and it just feels good (although I wish it had gyro aiming)

I get a slight MGS VR mission vibe from it.
