Anyone ever got problems on PlayTrade (play.com)?
I tried to contact the seller some weeks ago. Didn't reply at all. And last thursday I contacted play.com support about not receiving that one order.
I then received an email stating "FairPlay claim raised" and:
The seller has been asked to contact you to resolve this issue. We need to
allow the seller 3 working days to resolve this claim. If the claim has
not been resolved by the 4th working day then Play.com will resolve the
claim for you.
And since then nothing. I'm not sure how they count. If they include Thursday in their calculation, even 4 working days have passed now. I could theoretically also call up my creditcard company and get the money back that way, would have to check how much time I got left for that. Am I supposed to contact them now again? They should actually see that the seller hasn't contacted me at all.

EDIT: Just contacted them again. If I only knew, if they would refund me. I guess that's the only option now, seller doesn't reply at all. When play.com goes PlayTrade-only, I will close down my play account - I'm really sick of this shit.
EDIT2: Got a reply now.
"In regards to your order fairplay claim: xxx a full refund has been processed and will appear on your statement within 3-5 days"
I read all sorts of horror stories about PlayTrade yesterday, I guess I'm lucky. If anyone has such problems, contact play directly via
http://www.play.com/en/Helpdesk/Contact_us/PlayTrade_issues.aspx it's a bit hidden. Everything else seems to get ignored.
Zavvi had the BluRays on sale the last few days. They changed the price back up today
