Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
'we concede a goal that I have never seen in my life'

Mancini lool

The league is more important right now. Especially after what heppened last season.

The League should always take priority I agree, you're 9 points clear right now though. You certainly don't have to ignore the CL to get over the finish line this time. I'm not convinced City could make up a 6 point gap at the minute!

You're in a damn good position, think about it, wouldn't a cheeky treble be a lovely way to cap United's 20th League title?

He feels so sorry for himself. It's kind of pathetic.

He's a fucking hack manager who has lucked his way throughout a coaching career on the coat tails of others' successes and failures. Fuck him. City deserve better.

Didn't realise how close Spurs and Chelsea are to second now.

Yep. His post-loss interviews always reek of 'what could I possibly have done about that?'

Any decent manager looks angry after a loss, be it with themselves, their players, even the referee. Mancini just simpers like a twat

Why?

Club lucked out. Manager lucked out.

They're a perfect match.

I'll never get over last season.

We were 8 points ahead with 6 games to go. We need to win this title.

Yeah they did, but they at least have decades of history before they hit the jackpot. All Mancini's ever amounted to is a few Coppa Italias - which less fucks are given about than fucking anything thats ever existed - and a bunch of titles gifted to him with non-existent competition. Then last year, where his team won despite of him.

“It is great for the public here at Sunderland to see us,” said manager Brendan Rodgers. “They must have been wondering what this team everyone is talking about are all about and now they have seen. We were wonderful.

“Our intention is always to pass teams to a standstill, but give credit to Sunderland, they defended ever so well when other teams might have wilted."

After a 2-0 defeat.

I'd rather have Rodgers than Mancini, even though he has proved fuck all in real terms. I trust him for some unexplainable reason, far more than I did Hodgson, and more than I did Kenny

tragic day for Dortmund and City. Barry needs to be sold

Tragic day? How is it tragic? Yes, it sucks. But Leverkusen didn't win, either, and we're still second. I guess it's tragic for people that still dreamt of BVB winning the league. But I think more Bayern fans had a bad dream about BVB winning the league than BVB fans had a good one :D

:lol thought so, He's playing worse than Valencia at the moment. He looks a complete different player from when he was at Arsenal.

I think RVP and Rooney should start on the bench. Hernandez and Kagawa up front. Save Vidic for Wednesday too.

I'd go with this:

Rafael - Rio/Smalling - Evans - Evra

-------- Giggs/Jones - Ando -----------

Valencia ----- Welbeck ------ Young/Nani

---------------- Chicha ---------------------

Sub on Kagawa, Rooney or RVP if we need them in the 2nd half.

I should have clarified, after a devestating loss. That match basically turned City's title challenge from 'probably not, but perhaps' to 'no chance whatsoever'

Don't give a shit who wins out of Lazio and Napoli. Will pull for Lazio thanks to FM allegiances.

This is fucking hilarious :lol :lol :lol

B-Rod's such a knob, but I like him anyway.

just imagine alaba in 2, 3 years...

Fantastic talent.

Yeah I don't think there is anything which can really make up for last season.

We truly bottled it. It totally went against my belief of our team. And we lost 6-1 at home to City.

Unforgivable.

Well, a bad game just before the Shaktar game may have a negative impact on the players. Also, Rafita van der var is a cunt.

Shocking, Abject, Abysmal. No fight, no desire, no spirit of the great 11/12 team.

Kermit will be spinning.

The City result was disgraceful but I wasn't too fucked with our performance. Just paid for naivety going forward at the end. 3 goals in injury time, absolute freak of a result.

But the eight point loss really is unforgivable.

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini: "It was a really poor performance. Southampton were better than us. We conceded two goals which I didn't think a team like us could concede.

"I've never seen our team concede goals like this. In the end we made two incredible mistakes. The performance was really poor. We played this game with only two or three players. Three versus 11 was really difficult.

"I was really disappointed with my players today. When we perform like today I'm very angry. The players were away on international duty - that's not an excuse, but it is a reason. Some of our players came back on Friday and we played today. This made it difficult. In the end we played badly.

"It'll be very difficult to win the league. I use to be always be optimistic and want to be in this moment, but it's difficult.

"I think we now have 10 per cent (chance of winning the title). I don't think United will drop 12 points."

Mancini usually blames himself when City lose a game they shouldn't. But here he's going for the players and rightfully so.
