I really hope that people at the big FG developers get to read through the two threads (Single Player modes/Frustrating!) threads on FGs today. Plenty of really good insight into what people like/dislike/are looking for in there.
 
Hey guys just came to let you know we are having our 2nd UCI Ranbat this Sunday at around 2:30PM PST. I finally got my new laptop so stream quality should be a lot better than last time. While we may not have any EMP members, beaches, or tier list discussions it should be a good marvel tournament with Richard Nguyen, Clockw0rk, Ytwojay, and Wentinel.

i think the appropriate word for my mood lately is "indifferent". running a business full time for 3 years by yourself can drain you, especially when you get punched in the balls a bunch. i'm debating about keeping bt going at this point or just moving on to greener pastures

That's rough to hear Koogy. I'm positive that plenty of the people in the FGC are supporting you and what you do, but at the end of the day, you need to do what's right for you, as tough as it may be for everyone. :( Best of luck in whatever you decide to do though.

Though I can understand Koogy is burnt out emotionally, it would really suck for Marlinpie, Clockwork, Viscant and other potential BT-sponsored players to miss out on what Koogy brings to the FGC
 
Am I the only one who thinks it's more likely Yipes is joining a sponsor other than EMP? The impression I get is that he'll rather slit his wrist than to work with Triforce anymore. Apparently UVG is expanding their team and it's more likely Yipes will join them IMHO.

The burnout might be financial too, it must be incredibly tough running a T-shirt business like that with so few designs/iterations. I think Marlin would get picked up though, and maybe Clock.
 
So are we assuming that sp00ky's sponsor is MadCatz? Given that NLBC is sub-only chat now, and sp00ky said previously he wouldn't do that + Markman being outspoken about doing that I'm guessing that's what's up?
