I remember the first Shuckle I caught, I was so excited after breaking the rocks to see such an interesting looking pokemon. Nothing could prepare myself for Shuckle's performance in battle. So disappointing.

He is pretty effective when used tactically. I still remember taking down my friends team of legendaries with nothing but toxic and rest. It's what made me love him all them years ago.

True, although Toxic stalling in-game is so horrid though. Effective, but boring.

Gen V also has many stinkers but they were all new Pokemon and it has Braviary so it is still better than IV

sugimoris gen 1/2 artwork had a similar style which dissapeared with gen 4. gen 3 still had traces of this. all gen 1/2 has updated artwork to match the more recent artwork
