It's a capacitive screen. You don't have to be physically touching to activate any of these things. However, it shouldn't be causing a problem.
Like I said, I've never seen a capacitive screen acting like this (owned an iPod Touch since early 07). Knew the Lumia bragged about high sensitivity so you could use gloves, but didn't know it ment the electrical impulse could travel through air.
It did actually cause a problem when it was snowing lightly and I listened to a podcast on it on my way too school. It was moving like crazy through the apps and I was totally unable to use it even with my back against the wind.
The third thing bothering me (not huge) is that Near thinks I'm in Bærum when I'm in Tromsø... It did know the location when I was at my University so suddenly I had moved 1100km (it's more like 1600 on Google Maps). I have a 3G model with GPS, but could it be because of my WiFi or are there just too few Vitas here?
