Awesome, a Breitbart article. Of course based on their history, they'd reject Cowherd's idiotic point. People go to Oklahoma City home games, his point makes no sense.
But go on, keep scouring google for proof of your bullshit.
What if Kobe was white and played for the Kings? WOULD YOU LOVE HIM!?
One game doesn't change the fact that the NHL isn't popular in the US, and is dying.

Kobe already scouting how he will take over the inferior sport now that he can't play basketball anymore:

Do you think they'd move to Seattle if Kobe was on the team?
The thread settles the discussion period. Kobe is relevant enough that Hockey-age is in here with their tired schtick. Meanwhile, I'm surprised to know that we have a Hockey-age.
KobeWho comes back first Kobe or D Rose?
It's actually the opposite. This started because Lakers-Age thought an ACL injury was relevant enough to deserve a thread. NHL GAF disagrees.
Kobe Bryant is a great player but outside of NBA circles nobody cares whether he got injured.
I also looked up the venue where Pacer home games are at, and it holds 18,000 people. An average home game having 14,000 people isn't really proof of racism.
You're listing some faily minor problems here. It's not like the NBA is on the NFL level. There are definitely NBA teams with attendance issues, and of all the leagues the disparity between the top teams and the bottom teams in the NBA is the largest. So there is definitely an issue with the integrity of NBA competition which affects the overall quality of the sport....Not to mention the rigged lotto system, and star players all finding themselves on a few select teams.
Try reading the OP/Title.It's actually the opposite. This started because Lakers-Age thought an ACL injury was relevant enough to deserve a thread. NHL GAF disagrees.

Thread whining? Still? It's actually the opposite. This started because Lakers-Age thought an ACL injury was relevant enough to deserve a thread. NHL GAF disagrees.

It was fun before, but people are taking it way too seriously now
I disagree. I don't really see the issue with creating a thread about it. Why are certain members incredibly worried about GAF real estate?

As someone into traditionally European sports (F1, Football, Cricket(kinda), Rugby) it's refreshing to be on the outside looking in as you guys tear each other apart :lol

Hockey is also below baseball, NASCAR, College Football and UFC.All this over just to see who's the 2nd most favorite sport.
How else am I supposed to hear about the incredibly horrifying things that happen around the world?
Thanks for proving my point.
I was directly responding to a poster that used Twitter as a source. Point being that anybody can pull up "proof" on the internet to back up their trolling.
@kobebryant: Surgery prep time. Lookin like Mrs Doubtfire with a jerri curl cap lol Anesthesia next #highasakite… http://instagram.com/p/YDpvSYRNlS

What if the lakers win the title without Kobe?
Those aren't sports, they're what European women watch while their husbands cook them dinner!
Hockey is also below baseball, NASCAR, College Football and UFC.
From French speaking strippers, clearly.
I think pointing up actual racist fans of a sport is different from a talking head speculating that people are racist for not liking an NBA team. The point of Cowherd doesn't even help you--he doesn't say Indiana Pacer fans are racist, he says that people in Indiana are racist for not being Indiana Pacers fans.
Clearly superior because we have wives!
And probably some sports we haven't even heard of.Hockey is also below baseball, NASCAR, College Football and UFC.

OT thread about NHL lockout were over not even 3/4 of this ongoing thread about this one player injury.
You know there's an NBA thread, yeah? Or should every sports league start making a new topic every time a player gets an unexceptional injury?
Ugh...If you insist on being so obtuse, I'll humor you one more time.

How about you make a thread the next time a hockey player everyone knows gets hurt?
Oh yea, Gretzky has been retired a while.
Wait, you can have more than one in Europe?
There's no evidence that the person being racist to LeBron is an NBA fan. He could be a NHL fan for all we know. The tweets posted before are confirmed racist NHL fans.

Is Mike Hoffman thread worthy?
